“Demonstrators try to escape from police after interfering with city workers who were hanging an Olympic banner on the Picasso statue in Daley Plaza, reflecting the city’s bid to host the 2016 Olympics,September 29, 2009 in Chicago, Illinois. About five people were arrested after more than 15 police cars responded to the incident. The International Olympic Committee is scheduled to announce October 2 which city will be selected to host the games.”
