This year’s Congressional Black Caucus Foundation 45th Annual Legislative Conference shined light on some of the nation’s most important topics — including criminal justice reform and a myriad of issues that disproportionately affect Black communities — but during the five-day event, there was no loss of celebration.
Known for its social life, CBCF week was chock-full of moments that lifted the spirit and served as opportunities to connect with other like-minded folks. From cooking sessions with celebrated chefs and networking events at local Washington D.C. clubs, CBCF delivered on its popular night-life reputation once again.
