Historically, America has its hands bloody with the enslavement of Africans, the genocide of Native Americans, and on and on. The point could be argued over and over again. I think it’s by no accident that the mainstream media chooses to depict Africa (the continent) as “corrupt, backwards, and substandard”. It’s easy to pick out what’s wrong with others BUT difficult to admit what’s wrong about yourself. I do agree that Farrakhan has always been unafraid to speak his mind on matters. Whether we agree with him all the time is another matter.

The history of this country is so very complexed. On the one hand we call it the land of the free BUT on the other hand those Africans that were brought here in chains???…..I guess it depends on who is telling the story of this nation’s history. Truth is sometimes subjective.
