You know what, Mr Conyers needs to take care of his own issues right now, before he starts trying to tell President Obama what to do. His wife’s looking at significant jail time and investigators continue to sniff around him. I also take issue with him and many others who feel that President Obama isn’t paying them enough attention. If everyone felt that way, the man wouldn’t get any work done on any issue. We voted him in to change the way this country had been run for the last 8 years, as we did Clinton, to fix the 12 years prior to his presidency. There is only so much money, so much time, and so much support available. He has to prioritize his actions to get the most done that he can. But realize this y’all, if he can’t get re-elected, the GOP will be back and everything goes to hell in a hand basket. We must line up in support of the President, rally ’round the man, to ensure he gets re-elected and has the full eight years to work his changes, then hopefully we have another Democrat in the wings to follow him into office. The hard issues, the tough battles can be fought next term, but he has to survive this one first. So quit bitching and get on board. If you ain’t with him, you against him. That simple. Those of you who’s issues are not on the front burner right now need to suck it up, let the man work. He hasn’t forgotten you, so has some faith. Trust him, you did it once to get him elected, why lose faith so quickly? I may not agree with alot of what he does, but I know my time will come. And I know the alternative (the GOP) would be a nightmare. So I’m going to have patience and trust in the president to get the job done and I’ll see my piece in due time. Patience. Keep the faith.
