Stiviano became tabloid fodder when she blew the whistle on her former elderly paramour by recording his racist rants regarding Blacks. According to Stiviano’s attorney, Mac Nehorary, Stiviano had just left a N.Y.C. hotel, when “two White men descended on her. They were about 5’7″ and they knew exactly who she was. They began to hit her and called her the N-word. Other disgusting slurs were made against her. She was able to run away and several onlookers then began attempting to apprehend the two men.”

According to Nehorary, after the alleged attack, Stiviano reportedly had to seek medical attention but is expected to make a full recovery. The attorney also claims that Stiviano was struck in the face and one side of it is extremely red. He went on to say that his client is traumatized to the extent of being afraid for her well-being.

Even though Stiviano was brutally attacked, she has not filed a police report, according to Nehorary. She “will probably do so [but] her immediate reaction was to run away from the attackers and get to safety,” the lawyer contends.

Since the Sterling scandal broke, Stiviano claims she has received a slew of death threats, and according to Neharary, “Most of the threats were made on social media, and this is one of the reasons why she has scaled back her activity. It has been very scary for V, and she also hired a bodyguard.”

Stiviano is still scheduled to appear on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360° on Monday night, even though the attack has left her shaken up.
