When will folks learn? Do not come for Beyoncé unless she sends for you.

Former New York Lt. Gov. Betsy McCaughey (R) learned this on Monday night when the BeyHive destroyed her mentions after a CNN Tonight interview with Don Lemon.

Donald Trump’s vile, misogynistic, “grab ’em by the p—-” comment stemming from a leaked 2005 Access Hollywood segment remains the topic of conversation this week, less than a month from the general election.

McCaughey, a Trump supporter, did her best to downplay the GOP nominee’s language by dragging Hillary Clinton’s love for Beyoncé in the conversation.

“Hillary Clinton expresses that she finds the language on that bus, ‘horrific,’ but in fact, she likes language like this,” McCaughey said before glancing down at her notes. “‘I came to slay, bitch. When he f-ed me good I take his ass to Red Lobster.’ That happens to be from Beyoncé, her favorite performer. Whom she says she idolizes and would like to imitate. There’s a lot of hypocrisy, in Hillary Clinton expressing such horror at language on the bus.”

“OK, Betsy,” Lemon said incredulously after a laugh.

Lemon made sure to clarify that there’s a difference between admiring artists who express “lewd” statements as opposed to actually saying them.

“As much as I like hearing you say that, Hillary Clinton did not say those words,” Lemon said. “Donald Trump actually said the words, and as my mom would say, that’s the horse of another color.”

The BeyHive wasted no time after the interview aired, using social media to put McCaughey in check.

They also flooded McCaughey’s Facebook account with bee emojis.

The slander still continues. Who will the BeyHive come for next? Stay tuned.
