The worst thing Michael could do is pander to blacks or “dumb down” the GOP platform to make it more African-American friendly, AKA Democrat Light.

It is up to blacks to get their heads out of Obama’s butt and consider changing their political strategy, which has been for half a century to whine and beg the white man for whatever scraps he can throw us.

Democrats have done no more for blakcs than have the GOP. BOTH parties are only interested in gaining and holding power, but it seems only the majority race seems to understand that. They play using the rules of the game. We just mope around and cry about how badly we are losing the game.

Joe Wilson was CORRECT when he challenged Obama, and while I agree it was disrepectful, it was no more so than all the name calling the Democrats expectorated towards GS Bush for eight years. I have not seen any cartoons ridiculing Obama’s bony frame like those which showed Bush as a dwarfish, moronic, pointy eared, beady eyed elf.

As for the GOP attracting blacks, that would be a waste of time, money and political capitol.

Why waste your time on a group that will not support you even if you came and gave them buckets of money? Blacks will vote for a Democrats who is unethical, dishonest, incompetent, and a liar to boot before voting for a Republican with nary a single negative mark on his or her record. They voted 75% for George Wallace, who coined the phrase “Segregation today, tomorrow, and FOREVER”, which became the rallying cry for those DEMOCRATS who killed the four little girls in that church bombing in Alabama 50 years ago.

As an Independent, I never choose a candidate until he or she has convinced me that he or she (sometimes IT) can do the best job for the country or the local jurisdiction. Since 1980 I have voted about 90% GOP, right now I caucus with THEM because they focus on issues relevant to the whole country (lower taxes, smaller government, national defense, free enterprise) rather than a gaggle of special interest groups (Gay rights, Affirmative-Action, unrestrained abortion, atheism, legalizing marijuana and amnesty for illegatos .

I supported another black man, former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, who apparently was too conservative for the wimps that control the GOP these days, but since Steele got the job, I have to go with that flow, just as I have to go with my THIRD choice (after John McCain and Hillary Clinton) Barack Obama. Silly me. I figured the other two would do more for the country as whole than a community organizer with no executive experience.
What do I know?

I guess my only consolation is that I know how to shield my earnings from the clutches of the looters in the streets and their friends in the White House, so when Obama’s house of cards crumbles, it will be the parasites who will feel the crunch long time before I do.

Gee. That’s almost like being a REPUBLICAN.

Correlate racism with the republican paerty…? Hmmm. Could it be because they often fly the confederate flag at rallies? have posters of Obama looking like a witch doctor with a bone through his nose? I could go on.

As for Dean, where exactly is the racism? You’re trying to accuse Dean of the republican’s own racism. It’s laughable. It’s not like he is lying. The majority of Blacks at a republican rally would more likely be on a wait staff. That’s how they want it: you (negroes)are to be seen but certainly not heard.

As for Biden’s comments, McCain used similar commnets as well. And you practice your own intr-racism in claiming that any Black person that is not a conersavtive republican like yourself is brainwashed. Well fool, we are all brainwashed to degrees. Just because you’re different, that doesn’t make you wise or intelligent. Most fools often go their own way. As for Robert Byrd, I raise you Trent Lott, Strom Thurmond, and how about William Bennett, who made the statement that a way to reduce the crime rate would be for Black people to abort their children. Where is your comment on that? I’d say that’s far worse than what you claim that Dean and Biden had spoken. But hey! Don’t listen to me… I’m brainwashed.
