President Obama is the leader of the free world, but don’t mistake him for “A Leader in Style.”
Despite a Times Square billboard showing the President in a Weatherproof jacket, he’s not shilling for the outerwear company.
The larger-than-life image of the President went up Wednesday without his permission.
The White House said it’s asking Weatherproof to remove the ad because it misleads by suggesting it was either approved by Obama or the White House.
Weatherproof said it used a recent news photo of the President at the Great Wall of China for the ad that bears the tag line “A Leader In Style.”
