From NYDailyNews.com:

An admissions director hired to recruit the best and brightest to a Bronx private school claims toxic campus housing left his son with brain damage.

Shereem Herndon-Brown – who sued posh Riverdale Country Day School over his job after he quit four years ago – has filed a new suit over lead paint in faculty apartments.

In court papers, he claims the city found high lead levels in son Kerry’s nursery and that the 5-year-old suffers from garbled speech, sudden outbursts and focus problems.

Doctors say the boy has “permanent and irreversible” brain damage from lead poisoning and will need special tutoring and attention.

The school declined to comment, as did Herndon-Brown.
