There are disturbing reports out of Detroit that a man posing as in Ice Cream man with an ice cream truck is stealing from children in the area.
Fox 2 has received some complaints that the driver and a partner are taking prized possessions from the kids.
On Friday, the thugs took 9-year old Zachary Long’s bike when he tried to buy ice cream. It happened on Detroit’s Northwest side. He tells us his bike was a recent birthday gift from a grandparent.
