WALTHAM (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A 19-year-old man accused of licking the foot of a woman waiting at a bus faced a judge yesterday.
James Vine was arraigned in Waltham District Court on several charges, including assault, disorderly conduct and annoying a person of the opposite sex.
