The electoral authorities in Haiti have postponed today’s announcement of presidential candidates approved to run, while they deliberate the legality of Wyclef Jean’s bid to run for President.
Authorities were supposed to finalize the list yesterday (August 18th), but they need more time to deliberate the challenges lodged against several potential candidates, including Wyclef Jean.
