New York — The gap between being an adorable girl from Queens and becoming the face of an international clothing brand just got a lot smaller for this Ridgewood cutie.
Kaylene Hernandez is one of five finalists in the GapKids model search, defying all odds to be chosen from more than a million contestants.
“I’m really excited,” said the 9-year-old bundle of energy. “I’m going to pray every night that I win.”
