Obama Taps 26-Year-Old Pastor For Faith Outreach Office

What happens when outsiders to the HBCU community try to impact Black college culture? The answer may not be as straightforward as you think.
The New York Times is reporting that Joshua DuBois, who formerly handled religious outreach for Obama’s Presidential campaign, as Director for Faith Based Initiatives. DuBois is a 26-year-old Pastor and political strategist. The office will be renamed Council for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. DuBois had previously worked as an aide for Obama when he was a Senator.
