The Daily Mail reports that Hartman, 34, allegedly yelled “You and I just had sex last night” before tasing the father of her child, Alvin Hennis, with her key-chain stun gun as he lay butt naked in bed. Hartman chased his lover, Cordelia Rose, outside of the house.

Rose was getting into her car before Hartman caught up with her and tased her in the neck.

Neither Rose no Hennis were seriously injured as the strength of the stun gun was reportedly too weak to cause major damage.

Hartman was arrested and charged with battery. It is not known what kind of gun Hartman used. She did not have a permit for it, however. During Hartman’s hearing, Hennis took the blame for the entire situation.

“It was pretty much my fault,’ Mr Hennis told Broward Court Judge John Hurley at Hartman’s hearing.

“We were supposed to do something together that morning, and I forgot. I went to my house, and things happened.”

Hennis pleaded with Judge Hurley to go easy on the mother of his child, saying that she is a great mom.

‘She is a beautiful mother, a hard worker and very responsible. I think she got emotional by what she saw,’ Mr Hennis told Judge Hurley.

‘I could imagine things could get very emotional,’ Judge Hurley answered.

‘Oh, things got very emotional,’ Mr Hennis said. ‘Very emotional.’

He apologized for his actions, adding that he forgot to lock the door to the master bedroom.

‘That probably was your first mistake,’ Judge Hurley said.

Tell us about it! Hartman was free on $2,500 bond and ordered to stay away from Rose.

Fans screamed loudly and snapped pictures as she walked through the crowd in a shiny, green press.

The love-fest between the First Ladies of the Obama and Carter families have long openly expressed their love and admiration for each other. From Beyoncé’s teary rendition of “At Last” in 2009 at President Obama’s Neighborhood Inaugural Ball, to the “Video Phone” singer’s open letter to the FLOTUS on Twitter, to which Mrs. Obama responded, “@Beyonce Thank you for the beautiful letter and for being a role model who kids everywhere can look up to. –mo,” they have proven to be stead-fast in their appreciation of each other.

Still, at only 13 and 10-years-old, one has to wonder if a Beyonce concert, complete with border-line explicit lyrics and risque outfits, is an appropriate outing for the girls. As previously reported by NewsOne, Queen Bey’s set includes such classics as “Baby Boy,” “Irreplaceable,” Freakum Dress,” “Get Me Bodied,” “Jumpin’ Jumpin,” and more.

But we’re sure mother knows best. Maybe showing support for your friends is the lesson of the night — well, that, and a little bit of “Oh-Oh” dancing.

Justin, who is Diddy’s son with former gal pal Misa Hylton-Brim (pictured below, on Justin’s left) will attend the institution and play for the famous Bruins.  The scholarship is only awarded to a select few, those who have demonstrated athletic prowess and who are academically gifted.

Reportedly, Justin signed off on his national letter of intent to attend UCLA and play for its team with his mega bucks dad by his side back in February on National Signing Day.

Before signing his letter of intent, when Justin first committed himself to playing with the UCLA team last November while still in attendance at Iona Prep High School in New Rochelle, New York, Diddy released a statement to ESPN LA about the major accomplishment in his son’s life:

“This is everything a father could want for his son, for him to excel at what he loves to do and is truly passionate about,” Combs said in the statement. “Justin is a shining example of what hard work, determination and a strong mentality can achieve. I am honored to call him my son and am happy that he is fulfilling his dream.”

In order to further improve his football game, Justin attended football camps and clinics and even honed his skills further by spending some time with and learning a few pointers from Jets star cornerback Darrelle Revis.

Perhaps even more importantly, potential recruits to UC’LA’s program must not only be award-winning on the field, but, academically, have logged test scores above the national average.

After Justin tossed his tasseled graduation cap up in the air on Wednesday, Diddy sat proudly watching his son and even admitted that he was moved to shed a few tears, tweeting:

Shimmying and shaking her tail feather, the singer, who said there was no secret to her amazing weight loss in the months since giving birth “just hard work,” reminded the crowd why she’s one of the most popular, electric performers in the world.

The freshly minted journalist did not have writing on her mind as she thrilled the sold out crowd.  Beyonce’s set included “Baby Boy,” “Irreplaceable,” Freakum Dress,” “Get Me Bodied,” “Jumpin’ Jumpin,” and more.

Parks, a high-profile Atlanta attorney who has represented R&B singer Bobby Brown, is suing for defamation of character after Vibe Magazine seemed to highly publicize the book “Lies Of A Real Housewife,” by Angela Stanton, who claimed that Parks was involved in illegal activities with her husband, Apollo, before making it big as an attorney.

The AJC reports:

The lawsuit, filed this week, demands a jury trial, $5 million in compensatory and $25 million in punitive damages, and retractions.

“While Plaintiff recognizes the importance of the role of the media in reporting on public figures, Defendant and other members of the media are not granted an unfettered right or privilege under the First Amendment to defame public figures by publishing false and defamatory accusations with actual malice,” the lawsuit states. “As a result of its conduct, Defendant crossed the threshold from speech protected by the First Amendment to enter the arena of actionable defamation of a public figure for which they must be held legally accountable.”

The lawsuit says, “In its entirety, the book falsely portrays the relationship between Plaintiff and Stanton as that of friends and accomplices in criminal activity,” and “conveys a picture of Plaintiff as a crooked attorney engaged in a multitude of criminal acts, who conspires with Stanton to commit these acts, and who then uses Stanton in an effort to escape criminal liability for those acts.”

They must have forgotten that Parks was — and continues to be — a first-class attorney, and will remain one long after RHOA ceases to exist.

Veteran actor/comedian Eddie Murphy and BET’s own 106 and Park co-host Rocsi Diaz are allegedly the hottest new couple that you didn’t know about, reports the always reliable YBF.com.

The couple was spotted holding hands and smiling for the camera in Beverly Hills after a run to the Coffee Bean.

Diaz, who is rumored to have quit her gig at the iconic urban program to pursue a career in Hollywood, reportedly has been pitching screenplays in hopes of getting one of her films in theaters. That would explain her presence in LaLa Land — or it could be her rumored fascination with older men.

Diaz was rumored to be dating the former Premier of Turks and Caicos Michael Misick, 46, while he was still married to “Player’s Club” actress, Lisa Raye McCoy. She was also spotted in a bikini vacationing with soulful crooner Raphael Saadiq, 46.

Murphy has been married twice, first to Nicole Mitchell, with whom he has 5 children. They married in 1993 and divorced in 2006. He then was involved in a “blink and you’ll miss it” romp with Melanie “Scary Spice” Brown and a daughter, Angel, came of that union. Most recently, he wed movie producer and businesswoman Tracey Edmonds, first wife of Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, in a ceremony in Bora-Bora. Their marriage was never legalized in the United States.

With these color histories, one thing we can know for sure, is this relationship will not be boring!

Womack, whose singing career has spanned more than 50 years with a repertoire that includes hits such as “Across 110th Street,” “Lookin’ for A Love” and “Harry Hippie,” has had his share of health problems over recent years.

After successfully conquering his addiction to cocaine in the late ’80s, the 68-year-old was diagnosed with diabetes. Last year, he underwent surgery for prostate cancer.  Earlier this year, he dealt with a few bouts of pneumonia.

On Wednesday, performer extraordinaire and funkmeister Bootsy Collins posted on Womack’s Facebook page the following about his latest battle:

“We’re delighted to announce that Bobby Womack has successfully undergone surgery for suspected colon cancer. A tumour [sic] was removed last night which turned out to be cancer free. We wish him all the best in his recovery from the operation. Thank you for all your kind messages and support.”

The latest bit of good news comes just a few weeks before the release of Womack’s first album in 18 years, “The Bravest Man in the Universe.”

Amen to that!

HumorMillMag.com reports that it just got a press release stating that “Basketball Wives” has been canceled.

S2S has reached out to VH1 for confirmation, and network rep told said there was no truth to the gossip. In fact, the source had not even heard about the rumor prior.

What the network did confirm is that the season 4 finale of “Basketball Wives” will air on May 28 at 8 p.m. EST. The first half of the two-part reunion will air June 4 at 8 p.m. EST on VH1, and part two will follow on June 11 at 8 p.m. EST.

During the reunion, the ladies will touch on all of the season’s most explosive moments and ongoing dramas, like the infamous bottle-throwing episode.

Well, for those who were against the show, it’s really over.

A quick skim through the article supports nothing of the sort — neither is a cancellation mentioned in the article that they sourced at YBF.com.

This comes less than 48 hours after “Vibe” magazine unveiled the cover of its 2012 Sexy Issue, which features reality stars, Chrissy Lampkin, Kandi Burruss, Tamar Braxton and Evelyn Lozada as “your new role models.”

Though it was rather easy to deduce that they meant the title in as sarcastic, disbelieving and traffic-inducing way as possible, critics quickly pounced on the magazine’s “judgment” in labeling these women role models. A quick look at the first page of the article, however, reveals their motive:

“Unfortunately, the majority of these mavens of mayhem are also some of the biggest public representatives for African-American and Hispanic women. While reasonable adults can relish in junk food programming as toffeed guilty pleasure, those same exhibitions pose risks for impressionable youth. How does a parent advocate lady-like decorum when Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Nene Leakes fetches a million dollars per season for misbehaving the most? VIBE opened the floor to four of the genre’s leading ladies and spinoff recipients—Evelyn, Kandi Burruss (Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta), Tamar Braxton (WE tv’s Braxton Family Values) and Chrissy Lampkin (VH1’s Love & Hip-Hop)—in hopes of gaining insight on why these women are handsomely paid to seldom behave.”

What the mayhem surrounding the show suggests is that it’s not only big business to act a fool on national television, it may be even bigger business to criticize the foolishness. They make money, the critics make money; it’s a win-win for everyone. It’s reminiscent of inequality in the African-American community and civil rights leaders such as Rev. Jesse Jackson. They need each other to thrive for the other to exist.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see an empowerment forum tackling “Basketball Wives” on BET sometime in the near future, featuring an array of the most conscious minds that the African-American community has to offer — brought to you by Wal-Mart and McDonald’s.

”We live above the store, which means 6.30pm is dinner. The first half hour, we’re talking to the girls, then we shoo them off to go walk Bo and catch a little check-in without the kids.

Oprah, who has been an avid supporter of Mayor Booker, has reportedly donated millions to Newark schools and organizations.  The pair are expected to chat it up as old friends do on subjects like Mayor Booker’s near-death experience in a burning building, his political plans for the future, and, of course, his love life.  Inquiring minds want to know why, at the age of 43, the political dynamo is still unhitched and is even sans a baby momma?

The always charismatic Mayor Booker, who up until this point had a good relationship with the Obamas, recently stopped the presses when he said publicly that he found the tone of the presidential campaign “nauseating,” regarding Obama’s attacks on GOP candidate Mitt Romney and his former private equity firm, Bain Capital.

Reportedly, Howard tried to end his relationship with Yang, but the diminutive woman just would not take no for an answer. According to Howard, on the night of the incident, Yang parked her car around the corner from his residence and walked to the property’s gated entrance. When she rang the bell, Howard and his current girlfriend allegedly came to the gate.

Reportedly afraid of making any loud noises that could prove to be disruptive to his neighbors, Howard allegedly allowed Yang to gain entry on to his property.  According to Howard, just as soon as he opened his gate for Yang to enter, she pounced on him and began to attack him, striking his face several times.  Police investigators confirmed that Howard’s face did show evidence of some sort of attack; the star of the much-heralded film “Red Tails” was said to have a swollen nose.

Still, Yang’s attorney, John McAuliffe, is weaving another story, saying that it was his 5’1″, 110-pound client who was attacked by the 6’2″ nearly 200-pound performer.  The lawyer also claims that Yang simply went to Howard’s home to discuss their past relationship.

McAuliffe told CBS News:

“She, as many women in that type of situation, wanted to know where this was headed, where they were going. He strung her along. It’s pretty obvious in my opinion.”

Police reportedly believed Howard’s version of events and not Yang’s, who, by the way, was not physically bruised in any way.

Yang was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Defying Criminal Trespassing, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.  She has a preliminary hearing scheduled for June.

Unfortunately, Howard is no stranger to assault charges involving women.

The 43-year-old singer was married for 14 years to Lori McCommas, the Mother of his three children.  The couple has since divorced, but in 2001, Howard was arrested for a variety of charges related to a violent attack on his estranged wife, including simple assault, terrorist threats, harassment, and stalking. Howard was accused of punching his ex twice in the face with a closed fist.

Howard was also cuffed in 2000 for manhandling a Continental Airlines flight attendant, after refusing her request to return to his seat because the seat belt sign was on.

Heavy D was born on this day in 1967 in Jamaica to his mother, Eulahlee Lee, a nurse, and Clifford Vincent Myers, a machine technician. The Myers relocated to Mount Vernon in the 1970s where Heavy D discovered his love for music and formed the group “Heavy D and the Boyz.” Their 1987 debut album Livin’ Large put the hefty and handsome MC on the map. Deft on his feet, Heavy would usher in a trend that big and tall men can be considered sex symbols as well. To this day, Livin’ Large is considered a classic rap album.

His follow up LP Big Tyme was a smash, going platinum and reached the top 20 on the Billboard Pop charts. Propelled by the funky “New Jack Swing” style from producer Teddy Riley and assisted by his prodigious young cousin, Pete Rock, Hev would prove himself to be one of Hip-Hop’s most valued assets. Heavy D’s 1991 Peaceful Journey also went platinum, but was made under rough circumstances after the death of his dancer and friend Trouble T Roy. The Aaron Hall-assisted single “Now That We Found Love” was a huge hit both in the states and in the UK.

Hev took it to the streets and flexed serious lyrical muscle on the murky Blue Funk. Assisted by Hip-Hop producer DJ Premier and an emerging Pete Rock, Heavy D’s baritone was much grittier. The album featured late greats such as Guru and the Notorious B.I.G., and also featured an animated Busta Rhymes – all on the same track.

Heavy returned to his lover man raps for his fifth and final LP with the Boyz in Nuttin’ But Love, leading to the first double platinum LP for the crew. Teddy Riley, Pete Rock and Eddie F all return to their production roles with the addition of Easy Mo Bee and legendary producer Marley Marl. Three years later in 1997, Heavy broke out on his own with the sultry Waterbed Hev, a mild success compared to his previous albums.

His 1999 LP Heavy also went gold and found Hev paired with the late Big Pun, Q-Tip and Cee-Lo of Goodie Mob. Heavy D flipped the script on everyone by releasing Vibes in 2008, a strictly reggae record. Flexing his Jamaican roots and pairing with longtime producer and friend Tony Dofat, Hev shocked many and his album did well on the reggae charts. Last September, Heavy would release his final album Love Opus.

Beyond music, Heavy D was a capable actor, appearing on TV shows such as Roc and Livin’ Single. He also worked in film, appearing most recently in the 2011 Eddie Murphy vehicle Tower Heist. Heavy also appeared in the off-Broadway play Riff Raff between recording music.

Heavy D emitted positivity, most especially on the social media platform Twitter where he offered inspirational messages to his fans and engaged nearly anyone who struck up an online conversation with him. During the time of his passing, fans and celebrities friendly to Heavy lamented over his loss. The outpouring of love was astounding and well-deserved, to say the least.

Rest In Power, Heavy D.

He was 96.

Jackson’s exact cause of death is not known. WBLS’s website reports that he died from “illness”

The radio and television legend achieved many “firsts” during his 70-year career. He was the first to host a jazz show on ABC network. And he was also the first Black announcer in network radio. In the arena of sports, Jackson was the first play-by-play radio announcer, according to WBLS.

Here are a list of other “firsts” Jackson achieved during his long career:

the first Black to host an interracial network television show on NBC-TV; the first person to broadcast from a theater live; organized and owned the first Black team to win the World’s Basketball championship; the first Black host of an international network television presentation; was instrumental in acquiring the first radio station owned and operated by Blacks in New York City; the first to broadcast live from New York into Japan; the first New York City radio personality to broadcast three daily shows on three different stations in the same day; the first to broadcast live via satellite from Jamaica into New York and currently hosts a radio program which has been rated #1 by Arbitron continuously in its time slot for over 11 years on 107.5 WBLS in New York.

One of Jackson’s most notable professional achievements was his production of “Talented Teens International” that highlights the talents of young, black women between the ages of 13-17. The competition, which has lasted for more than 40 years, gives young women the opportunity to compete for college scholarships, trips abroad and the chance to network with other young women from around the world. Past winners and participants are Tammi Townsend, Vanessa Williams and Jada Pinkett Smith, according to WBLS. Watch Jackson discuss the competition with Don Cornelius below.

In October of 1995, Jackson was the first Black to be inducted into the Radio Hall Of Fame. WBLS says his career can, perhaps, be summarized by the theme he choose for his radio programs: “It is nice to be important, but it is more important to be nice.”

During court proceedings on Wednesday, Usher sat on the stand, accusing Tameka of constantly changing nannies.

What came next clearly shocked the star.

Tameka’s lawyer apparently justified Tameka’s change of nannies by asking Usher if one of the nannies was forced to leave Miami, “because you were discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis?” Davis was a friend and bridesmaid of Tameka, according to close friends of the former couple.

Once the lawyer unloaded the bombshell, Usher appeared speechless for several moments afterward. Usher’s lawyer wisely objected to the line of questioning.

Right before that, the atmosphere was already tense, because Usher rehashed an alleged spitting incident he had with his ex-wife. Echoing his testimony from Monday, Usher said Tameka flew into a jealous rage, when he came to her house with his new girlfriend. She allegedly said, “I’m gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?”

Afterward, Tameka allegedly hit and threw food at him, but saved her best behavior for last by spitting on his girlfriend.

Luckily for the both of them, the trial is now in recess and won’t be resuming until July.

The museum will feature an eatery, arcade, concert lounge, television studios, marquees, community and corporate rooms, and of course, a gift shop.

The Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards, which was created by James “JT” Robinson, was a yearly staple at one point on the BET network.  The awards program stopped inducting honorees in 1997, after the iconic rappers Tupac Shakur and Christopher Wallace (aka the Notorious B.I.G.) were brutally gunned down.

During their absence on the small screen, the organizers of the program still made a concerted effort to preserve the music’s legacy by maintaining a website and participating in outreach events.

Now the museum is expected to house thought-provoking and riveting exhibitions as well as have interactive programming with an educational slant for youngsters.

The museum organizers expect as many as 650,000 visitors a year with at least 20,000 students.

As to where the museum will be specifically located in midtown, the location will not being released until July because the organizers of the event are still in talks and finalizing the deal.

One question, though: Why didn’t the museum consider the Bronx as its home base since hip-hop was born in this New York City borough in the 1970s?  According to the company’s business development manager, Bobby Fisher, “We have to take into consideration families and tourists,” Fisher told the Wall Street Journal. “They are comfortable going into Manhattan.”

The Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards is expected to make a televised comeback this November and will be broadcast from Harlem’s famed Apollo Theater.

T.I., whose actual name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., gets to track down his co-stars after McCarthy steals Bateman’s identity.  The film is slated for a May 2013 release.

T.I., who also stars on his VH1 reality show, ”T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” with his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, has hit pay dirt since the show has been picked up for a second season.  During their first season, the show averaged about 2.5 million viewers a week.

There are other films in the can for the performer who should consider himself to be among the favored, particularly since he’s had more than his fair share of scraps with the law, which included jail time in the not-too-distant past.  Drug charges which were later dropped, led to a probation violation, then he tested positive for opiates and was accused of associating with a convicted felon. All of these charges resulted in an 11-month stint behind bars for T.I. in October 2010.

Yet not even his colorful prison record has derailed his cinematic rise.  T.I. will star opposite Tom Cruise in an upcoming film titled “We Mortals Are.” The sci-fi war film, which is slated to be directed by Doug Liman, will tell the story of a solder in a futuristic war who finds himself intermittently reliving the last day before his death.

TV powerhouse Kelsey Grammer also signed T.I. on to co-star on his Starz network television show’s second season of ”Boss.”  T.I. will have a season-long arc as a former gangbanger with an eye on a political career.

Let’s hope T.I. can keep his nose clean….

Driver and his partner, Peta Murgatroyd (pictured), were ecstatic when they received the dance honor.  As the jubilant couple got rained on by a shower of confetti, Driver yelled, “Amazing, this is awesome!”  The 37-year-old also pumped his fists in the air, fell to the floor, and rolled around in disbelief.

Driver and Murgatroyd beat out finalists Telenovela star William Levy, who placed third, and classical music singer Katherine Jenkins, a season-long standout.

Murgatroyd was overjoyed that this was her first win since she joined the competition.  Ironically, last year, when the pro-dancer partnered with NBA’s Metta World Peace, they were the first couple to be given the boot.

The rigorous 12-week schedule, which has also oftentimes been referred to as grueling, was certainly not evident in Driver’s performances. He maintained a high level of charisma and athletic prowess in all of his displays of dance, according to many of the show’s critics.

According to sources at Sony Pictures U.S., the answer is “Non!”

“The movie was never planned for release in France,” said an executive inside Sony’s publicity department, who asked that her name be withheld.

In other words, you can’t “ban” or “cancel” something that was never slated for release in the first place.

Which is not to say that “Think Like A Man” hasn’t fallen prey to the traditionally low expectations and racist assumptions of movie marketers that keep Black American films from overseas markets — namely that Black movies don’t “play” or “translate” overseas.

In the last two days, a number of American websites including BET, The Root, TheYBF, GlobalGrind, TheGrio, and our own HelloBeautiful have picked up the story — namely that the successful Steve Harvey-inspired movie was nixed by French officials for lacking “diversity” (meaning: “Too Black”). The narrative seems to have originated with blogger Fabienne Flessel on Global Voices; who got the word from French blog PeopleBoKay; who in turn credits this Facebook page as a source for the information.

In an e-mail to NewsOne, Flessel said that she had “no official word” of any ban or cancellation, but that her post was “a relay of what the French-Caribbean blogosphere has been buzzing about,” based on “only the bloggers’ opinions and experiences; some of them saying that they saw ‘Soon in your theater’ posters and received the usual [responses of] ‘We don’t [know] when,’ or ‘Eventually, it seems unlikely.’

“As for this post spreading over the American web,” Flessel continued, “it seems that most websites insisted on the word ‘cancellation’ used by a blogger, instead of  focusing on the question of the frustration and unfairness felt by French bloggers from African-descent… of not being able to go to the movies to watch a movie with an African-American based cast.”

According to BoxOfficeMojo.com, the only international territory in which “Think Like A Man” has been released is South Africa.

The Sony rep added: “Given the success of  ’Think Like a Man’ in the U.S., France and other international territories are being considered for release.”

I guess we’ll see.

The funeral service, which is by invitation only, will consist of a list of strictly cherished friends and family members.  Summer’s family does not want the ceremony to turn into a frenzied media event, so they have been very tight-lipped about the particulars of the funeral.

The media can only speculate as to which big-named celebrities will step out of the stretch limos and town cars to attend the service at a church that holds approximately 1,000 attendees.  Last Friday, Summer’s publicist Brian Edwards said that although Summer’s family appreciates the outpouring of love from fans everywhere, he said in a statement to the Associated Press, that the funeral arrangements for the songstress will be kept confidential.

Summer packed up her family — husband Bruce Sudano and daughters Mimi, Brooklyn, and Amanda Grace — and hightailed it out of Los Angeles, making Nashville, the cultural epicenter of the music world, her home in 1994.  Since Summer made it no secret that the mecca of country music was close to her heart, her family has chosen to bury her there.  When she settled in Nashville, she resumed her second love, painting, and created large Expressionist-styled canvases that sold for thousands of dollars.

Ray J’s representative said in a statement Tuesday that the singer went to the hospital Monday and “will remain there for treatment for exhaustion and jet lag.”

The rep says Ray J was in Las Vegas to host a party and also attended Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards. The rep adds that Ray J had just returned from performing in China.

Ray J is R&B singer Brandy‘s younger brother. He was close friends with Whitney Houston and said in March that he was “still hurting” a month after she drowned in a bathtub in California at age 48.

Sunday’s award show featured a tribute to Houston by John Legend and Jordin Sparks.

It appears that after Young Buck, whose real name is David Darnell Brown, neglected to pay his taxes and accumulated a whopping bill that amounted to more than $300,000, the feds raided his home in October 2010.

When the feds entered the performer’s home in an effort to collect some of the debt, they found an unexpected surprise: firearms and ammunition, which is a definite no-no for a convicted felon.  Now, the 31-year-old will reportedly have to serve jail time for his oversight.

A court document states that the government intruders uncovered a .40 caliber Glock 22 with ammunition. The law clearly states that anyone who has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year is barred from possessing a gun.

Young Buck was accused of stabbing a man back in 2004 during a Vibe Awards scuffle.  Once, the rapper was arrested, he struck a deal that allowed him to avoid a jury trial.

When it rains, it POURS!

Besides recently losing his home, Young Buck managed to avoid getting hit in a drive-by shooting in March, where his vehicle was riddled with bullets.  Although he was unharmed, his girlfriend, Kenyetta Rainey, was struck in the shoulder.  Young Buck also filed for bankruptcy in 2010.

Young Buck won’t be formally sentenced until July 13th.

At the leadership level beyond coaching, Whites dominate the positions of conference commissioners with not one minority sitting at the table. For athletic directors, people of color represent nearly 11 percent of those positions. Eighteen coaches of color led Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) schools and out of 266 offensive coordinators, only 33 were persons of color. Aside from HBCU Division I schools, all 30 conference commissioners were White, including 5 women.

The numbers tend to trend in favor of Black student-athlete increases, but a perception lingers that people of color are still not welcomed and as beloved as White coaches. In the popular Southeastern Conference (SEC), however, the major Bowl Championship Series (BCS) conference will have more minority coaches than any of the other groups in men’s basketball, with 8 coaches of color versus 6 Whites. This contrasts greatly with the stigma southern schools have held in regards to the hiring of minorities in the past.

With so many student-athletes of color who do not go on to the pro-ranks, it would seem that the numbers of minorities should spike favorably, although jobs are becoming harder to obtain with the advent of high-profile professional firms involved in the hiring of coaches and other school leadership.

In addition, the old-fashioned approach of being a player transitioning to the bench is looked down upon somewhat, raising concerns that talented leaders of tomorrow are being overlooked because of their lack of connection with the upper echelon of collegiate sports. Yes, there is more diversity than ever but this trend just begs a simple question:

Foster’s legal team cut into the award-winning performer on the witness stand for hours, forcing him to answer a barrage of questions.  At one point, a lawyer produced a photograph of Usher partying in Europe last February.  The opposition’s attorneys’, who were trying to prove that Usher would rather go buck wild and live a party life than to care for his children, insinuating that the 33-year-old is an unfit parent caused Usher to break down (pictured).

Foster is fighting Usher for full custody of their two young boys.  He, in turn, is demanding more custodial time with his children. While the couple was only married for two years and were officially divorced by 2009, their custody battle has raged on.

Usher was also grilled regarding his alleged drug use, which he claims has only been marijuana.  When Foster’s lawyers tried to allege that Usher’s drug of choice was ecstasy, his legal team put an end to that line of questioning.

Usher’s and Tameka’s vicious courtroom custody battle has been fodder for the media.  Just a couple of days ago, Usher put Tameka on blast, alleging that when he brought a girlfriend into her subdivision, Tameka went outside to his car and attempted to beat the woman up.  According to Usher, Tameka also allegedly spat on his date several times, struck him, and threw a plate of food at his car.

Meanwhile, the Nevada Gaming Commission has launched a full investigation into Bobbi Kristina’s illegal act and the MGM Grand could be deep trouble if its casino turned a blind eye to the pop princess’ daughter.

If Bobbi Kris is found guilty of illegal gambling, she faces a misdemeanor charge and be hit with a fine up to $1,000 and/or 6 months in prison.  This latest underage gambling case may have opened up a can of worms for the MGM Grand Hotel that could result in a slew of fines and a heap of legal problems.

As the 4th largest gay pride celebration in the country, the Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride event takes place every year and draws tens of thousands of folks from all over.

When Latifah took the stage, she sang memorable hits, such as U.N.I.T.Y. and “Ladies First.”  She reportedly was full of energy, vibrancy, and echoed positive verses as “conquer hate with love.”

The oft-gossiped-about performer, who has been haunted by years of whispers about her cloaked sexuality, said, “I’ve been waiting to do this for a long time,” and then added that she was proud to be among “her people.”

The details of Young Buck’s IRS case are still murky, but according to TMZ, a judge in his bankruptcy case approved the sale of the southern mansion and ordered that the monies made on its sale go toward paying down his whopping debt.

Young Buck, who is also president of his own record label Ca$hville Records, was spotted last week moving boxes from his former residence.  Unfortunately, this is the third strike of bad luck for the performer.

In August 2010, Young Buck filed for bankruptcy protection after an IRS raid on his home.  The feds had scheduled the sale of his properties after the seizure in October 2010, but his legal team put a halt to it because Young Buck claimed that the properties belonged to his children.  At the time, Buck agreed to sell off his $638,500 home in order to pay off his federal debt.

In March of this year, Young Buck was also the victim of a drive-by shooting.  The 31-year-old and his girlfriend, Kenyetta Rainey, were in an SUV when a car drove by and opened fire on the couple 11 times.  Young Buck came away from the shooting unscathed but Raines was struck in the shoulder.

Singing alongside Sparks for a tune called “Celebrate,” Houston sounds like her old self. The song is for the upcoming movie “Sparkle,” which is a 1976 remake of the original “Sparkle” that starred Philip Michael Thomas, Irene Cara, and Lonette McKee.

“Sparkle” chronicles the lives of a girl group in the 1960s who struggle with drug abuse and fame. The remake, starring the aforementioned Houston and Sparks, will also star Cee Lo Green, Mike Epps, Carmen Ejogo, and Derek Luke, among others.

For the song, movie producer Harvey Mason Jr. gushed about Houston’s performance of the song, adding that Houston’s recording session was “really positive” and Houston herself was overjoyed by her performance:

“We ended the session dancing around the control room while she said ‘Turn it up! Turn it up!’ She was so fun-loving.”

After Monday night’s horrific bullying session, involving one of the group’s main terrorists Tami Roman, who launched a vicious and pitiful attack on cast member Kesha Nichols, Lozada says, after witnessing the mind-blowing display, she felt sorry for the victim.

“Last night’s episode was a whirlwind of emotions for everyone. It’s such a sensitive subject for me because I honestly see it from both sides. I’m not here to condemn or condone anyone especially given some of my choices this season, however I will say that once again last night’s episode and all that happened forced me to look at and examine myself in ways that I haven’t in the past.”

Lozada continues:

Even though fans have targeted Lozada as the poster child for all that is negative on “BBW” by signing a petition so that the VH1 powers-that-be do not award her with a reality series co-starring her fiance Chad Ochocinco, the cable network has not only renewed “BBW” for a fifth season but has also, thus far, not made mention of pulling the stops on her show.

Lozada, we hope you will take heed of the, thus far, 29,995 signatures on your ”Boycott ‘Basketball Wives’ & Evelyn Lozada” petition.  We also suggest that you take out the time to read some of the comments posted.  Self-reflection is fine as long as you make an effort to mend your evil ways!
