First off… The incident started when Mr. Martin started an argument with Mr. Stewart and in turn it lead to a physical altercation. Then Martin proceeded to threaten Stewart’s life by brandishing his firearm and like everybody who feels their life is in imminent danger you will defend yourself. While I don’t condone him killing Mr. Martin I do know Mr. Stewart and I know that if he did not feel like his life was threatened he would not have brandished his gun. He is not dumb, ignorant or any of the other names you guys are calling him. He is a very intelligent individual who made a terrible decision. Those of us who know him personally and have been around him know that this is not who he is. We are all praying for him and hope that witnesses will come forward and testify on his behalf that it was self defense.

thats the problem that us black people are guilty of…too quick to judge someone or defame their character off of a damn article. You don’t know that man or the position that he was in. Guilty or not, who are you to assume the worse.smh Its a shame how ignorant people are.
