David Simon, one of the creators of The Wire was recently on the Bill Moyers show, talking about his show the Wire, the Mexican drug war, the economy, education, drugs and several other issues.
Interestingly enough, most of the issues that are going on in the news today are related to issues that were covered in The Wire
