Jermaine Jackson: “I Wish It Was Me”
Jermaine Jackson says he would like to see Neverland Ranch as his brother Michael’s final resting place.
In an interview broadcast Thursday on NBC’s “Today” show, Jermaine Jackson also says he wishes he had died instead of his younger brother, and that Michael was “a gift from Allah.”
Says Jermaine: “He went too soon. I don’t know how people are going to take this, but I wish it was me.”
On Wednesday, Jackson family spokesman Ken Sunshine said a public memorial was in the works but it wouldn’t be held at Neverland.
A person familiar with the situation told the AP that permits for a burial at the sprawling Santa Barbara, Calif., estate could not be arranged in time.

I must say that Jermaine’s,comment probably would’ve been the same thing i would’ve said,if i’d had a younger brother or sister.It’s kinda a norturing thing even though Michael had a mother and father.When you’re older you feel i should’ve looked out for him a lot more.It’s really nothing Jermaine,could’ve done.Ultimately it was his time.We’ve all gotta go.Jermaine,was a bad cat back in the day with about 3 or 4 hit’s discovering “Switch” all you ol’ skooler’s remember them pre-debarge!So Jermaine you’ve done alot to entertain the masses as well.Stick around.
I am sorry for the Jackson family. These people who hate are nothing but lames and wish they had talent like your family has. I was blessed to see Michael perform in my lifetime. I couldn’t believe. I nearly lost my breath, never imagined of seeing him gone. When I had crushes on girls i would play, Lady in my life. Pure talent, God bless Michael and his family.

JJ none of you should die.If JJ had to die it still would be a lost especially for MJ because you are his older brother.I know how you feel i lost someone dear to me in March and i spoke to him a week before he was not sick in anyway.So i know how you all feel.
Despite all of their disagreements (which was non of the public’s business) splashed all across the different media outlets, they are a FAMILY. Siblings argue in every family, and the Jacksons are no different. Jermaine expressed the feeling that many experience at the loss of a sibling. It must be tough to have lost a little brother. Seems they were close when they were kids, and though they may have drifted as adults, they still share some bond. God bless and keep this family through their bereavement and beyond. They have endured so much, despite fame and notoriety. My heart goes out the family of MJ..

he is grieving. a lot of people have said that before because they are hurt. losing someone especially a sibling is tough. i watched my mother and aunts go through hell when my uncle passed away (which will be 5 years now in aug). the grief of losing someone is unbearable and i pray for his family for their loss can never be replaced
