From UK Times
L’Oréal, the French cosmetics giant, was found guilty today of racial discrimination after the highest court in France heard that executives had sought an all-white team of sales staff to promote its shampoos.
La Cour de Cassation was told that Garnier, L’Oréal’s beauty products division, tried to keep black, Asian and Arab women from selling its Fructis shampoo in French supermarkets.
Adecco, the temporary recruitment agency whose Districom division hired the hostesses, was also found guilty of racial discrimination.
L’Oréal expressed “disappointment” over the judgment, which ends three years of legal wrangling over the discrimination claims.

Wow, what a shock….NOT! We all knew they were racists from the get go. Look at beyonce’s pic, they lightened her skin. Its funny that the originators used the excuse that Black, Arabs, and Indians wouldn’t represent the customs of the company but would they dare say such a thing to beyonce? I think NOT. If they did, their product wouldn’t definity sell in the U.S.
These undercover racists are a trip.
First, there’s Tommy H. who doesn’t like blacks, but took it back when he realized that blacks were the ones mostly buying his products, keeping his ass in the elite.
He even when further to have beyonce as the face to his True star perfume.
Hey tommy, here’s a heads- up: A racist can’t change its strips and using a black person to endorse your product doesn’t change what you said.
And now L’oreal! When would the racism end already!
I laugh at those who still say racism doesn’t exist! HA
LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL NOW WHO’S GONE STEP AND FETCH IT. I DONT BUY TOMMYHILLFIGER OR ANYONE WHO’S BEHIND CLOSED DOORS POLICIES ARE ALOWED AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SUPPORTED BY A RACIST GOVERNMENT.
who cares im still gona use fructis shampoo. im usin herbal essence pin straight now tho n it sucks! doesnt silken my harr like fructis does!
I didnt read any previous comments besides b_rollin but I have to agree lol… My heart drops along with my head when I read an angry opinion of one of my brothas or sistas and then something is spelled wrong??!!! the worst smh…. but back to the situation at hand… um… I love the garnier fructis stuff by L’oreal but now I’ll have to go back to Pantene or herbal essence…
…thats too bad. People should learn that MONEY IS UNIVERSAL…. shouldnt care what color the person is buying or selling your product…. as long as they bringin you green!!! lol
You Know all of your comment could be taken seriously if you would learn how to spell or at least be smart enough to use spell checker.. and you wonder WHY they call us LAZY ..
And the word is “steal” not “STILL” damn come on ..
This doesn’t surprise me at all…Most white majority company been doing this for decades…This is why 80% of white companies do not advertise in black markets that cater to black or ethnic groups….My problem is after 400 years of this, when will we as a people realize whites are not ever going to think we are equal to them, yet we always trying to seek their approval…Yet they watch us and still our ideas & actions and make money off of it..We as a people must learn to create our own companies and be responsible for us rather than hoping/praying a white company will treat U equally when they treat their own peeps like trash….Real Talk…
its not about “catering” to blks;its about havng respect for ppl of ALL color.mind u,it says that women of other nationalities were not allowed to work either.read thoroughly, then make a comment that makes sense.and the analogy that u used was completely ignorant.whats really tragic is ur lack of mental capacity.
damn shame
a person have to be made to cater to blk people
thats sorta like a school having to enroll a dumb blk kid b4 a smarter white child
i would feel so embarrassed.
tragic
NOT 2 MANY BLK WOMEN WEAR YALL S**T N E WAY!
Damn Shame! das jus f**kin sad dem MF’s got black ppl do tha advertisement, but yall nigga asses can’t work they offices…DAMN!
They jus gave me another reason to not wear make-up,not to mention I don’t need it…
duh …go look & see how man foundation colors they have for black women..we come in all shades ya know!!that let’s u know how much the consider & care about collecting a $1 from blacks…
