First and foremost, why did it take this woman more than a year to file suit?? Since when are a fractured/broken wrist and shoulderblade "permanent injuries" for office management personnel?? This seems frivolous, especially since they're downplaying Freeman's support as minimal. I mean...you were in a car accident...the fact that this man provided ANY support should be applauded, since it's not a requirement. Assuming that Ms. Meyer was properly insured, her insurance company would've covered the medical expenses to both her & Freeman. Something sounds kind of fishy here. OK, wait one damn minute.
