i dont believe that the courts will allow her full custody as long as there are close fmaily members available to take on the respondsibility of parenting them all together. where has she been all of this time? is this all financially motivated?

Who cares if it’s about money there her kids & i rather see someone who may take care of them have them then some stranger who has no connection to the kids what so ever did u know it alls think about that?

This is a State of “FINANCIAL EQUITABLE MEASURE”. When she had those children and the marriage too Michael Jackson, it was a pre-arrangement. Now, you take a person the history of ONLY making $50-60K Anuually, too a person Who has made Well Over $200Million. Do the math. She never had a Fighting Chance Against Michael, and His Legal Team. She would need too be a Trump,or Hilton too have a Fighting Finanical Chance. I dont Question the fact that she doesnt LOVE,the children, the problem is going too focus on her current ability and finanical means. I seen her interview, with Diane Sawyer, years ago. And that lady seemed hurt, very hurt. Because, she was stricken, too really talk about the whole situation. There was some kind of Gag Order; inretrospect that was place between Michael and Debbie. I hope that she Finally, has the opportunity too have her children back! And the opportunity too really develope that bond between them. With the supporting factors of the Jackson Family, being apart of this adventure with her. That is the Only Right Thing To Do.

Bottom line is they are children and she has a right to them…..Sure the Jacksons will fight her because all they can see are the dollar signs….Whoever has the children, controls the money—–Give the damm woman her children—Oh—–I’ll bet they will try to have her sign an agreement that she won’t go after any of Michaels assests if they give her custody.

I’m sure that the the Jacksons will get a DNA test on the kids before they allow his money to be squandered like that.

I personally feel the children will be best with the person Michael himself requested take care of them in the event of his passing; the nanny. Apparently this woman has had an ongoing relationship with Michael and all three of the children since their births. I do believe Debbie should have visitation however, all three of these children should stay together. They need each other more than anything right now.
