Dr. Conrad Murray’s Defense: MJ Killed Himself

TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray’s legal defense is that Michael Jackson gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol.

Multiple sources familiar with the strategy tell TMZ the defense argument goes like this:

- At around 10:50 AM, Dr. Murray gave Jackson 25 mg of Propofol from a 20 ml bottle — that’s only about 1/8 of the bottle.

- The dose Dr. Murray administered would keep someone asleep for only 5 to 10 minutes, But the Propofol, along with the Ativan and Versed that was already in MJ’s system, had a synergistic effect that put Jackson to sleep for a longer period of time.

- For the next hour, Dr. Murray stayed in the room and was on the phone for much of the time. Dr. Murray didn’t leave the room to make the calls because MJ liked activity in the room, regularly sleeping with the lights on and cartoons blaring on the TV.

- At around noon, Dr. Murray left the room for approximately two minutes to go to the bathroom. While he was gone, the defense believes Jackson suddenly awakened and was frustrated he had spent nearly 9 hours trying in vain to sleep. The defense theory — Jackson took the 20 ml bottle of Propofol and self-injected the remaining contents through the IV, causing a massive overdose that stopped his heart.

- Dr. Murray walked back in the room and saw Jackson with his eyes open and pupils dilated. Dr. Murray dropped the phone (he was speaking with his girlfriend) and began administering CPR.

The defense will argue Michael Jackson was a long-time Propofol addict — something TMZ first reported shortly after the singer’s death. As one source said, Jackson liked the sensation of Propofol being administered by IV, adding, “Michael liked to push it.”

    I have always believed that MJ killed himself as a matter of fact the circ**stances surrounding his death was in keeping with Michael’s character/personality,having had multiple lawsuits regarding breach of trust and purchasing his friend’s paul macartney’s beatles songs without his approval all point out that he was very deceptive.Michael wanted to die,his overwhelming debt and multiple health issues not to mention the ongoing scrutiny he received from many people made him reach for a form of escape therefore he waited precisely after the dress rehersal of “This is it”-(the name itself being indicative of his intent) WAS COMPLETED AND ON TAPE FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE went home and committed a type of suicide that was true to his deceptive nature,making it look or seem as though someone else did it.I challenge anyone to study all of his videos particulary “Thriller” and in almost everyone you will find some element of deception or a strong emphasis of “unexpected occurrences” in them.At the sametime however,I strongly feel that Dr Conrad Murray should go to jail for murder because as a Dr. he never should have taken Propofol out of the hospital confines,it was against hospital policy, again,he personally wasnt authorized to administer that drug, that drug was to be administered ONLY in an operating room.

    IF MJ KILLED HIMSELF, WHAT WAS HE GETTING PAID FOR? He was supposed to be there watching for anything that might have gone wrong. The Doctor wasn’t on his JOB! That’s why MJ is dead. That’s his line for trying to cover his butt. Throw him in jail and melt the key so no one can find it and use it.

    Here is the deal,If I were a crack dealer, they would give me time for giving or selling it to a willing adult,whether he died or not.This guy was administering or at least supplying an illegal substance,that is only suppose to be used in the E.R. Whether Micheal pushed it himself or not this guy should be charged also.I don’t knock anyone’s hustle but what’s good for one person is good for the next.Conrad is a high society dealer,that gets away with it because of his title.

    Murray killed Mike on the order of the Jews so that they can control Mike’s music and music he owned… They put a black man as the face so that blacks would not get angry. If the doc was white then blacks would raise hell.

    It’s just like the RFK assasination. Sirhan Sirhan was supposed to have killed RFK over Palestine instead of anything else, so the public is dumbfounded and you let it go. All the while not relating the reason to anything else. It’s the same old thing…

    MJ DID NOT KILL HIMSELF? WHY BECAUSE HE’S WHO HE IS??? THIS ENTIRE STORY IS PUZZLING DUE TO THE FACT MICHAEL PAID THIS MAN TO TRAVEL WITH HIM AND TO BASICALLY LEAVE HIS OFFICE TO TAKE CARE OF HIM AND NOT TO MENTION THE LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY HE WAS PAID TO DO SO,WHY ON EARTH WOULD HE KILL THIS MAN THAT WAS PAYING HIM MORE MONTHLY THEN WHAT HE WOULD HAVE BEEN MAKING IN HIS OFFICE WHAT WOULD IT BENEFIT HIM?

    For the sake of argument lets just say what the defense is saying is true, the doctor is still D.A. wrong because he should not have left the Propofol for MJ to get it if he was so “addicted”. No one really knows what happened but it does not pass the common sense test that the man was preparing for his last show, about to make all this money, paying people to take care of him, and also to have his children there with him just to kill himself. If nothing else, he loved his children and did not want to have them harmed he would never put them through this on purpose. I wish the doctor would just be real and say yeah I messed up and I will suffer but as we all know that will never happen.
