I wasnt Oprah, It was all that crack she was smoking all these years. That stuff messes your vocal chords up.

I think that whitney is beautiful, she looked great.! She sounded good but she did lose her voice a little, cut her some slack, she haven’t performed in 8 years. She has been through a lot, and she has pulled herself out of those situations by the grace of god. You people always wanna judge people like you never did anything wrong or went through something. She has cleaned up her life, and I am so proud of her. She still has it no doubt. She still sounds better than a lot of rnb stars today and her new cd got great reviews, bobbi christina looks great! And by the way her album that she made before this one called just whitney is the s**t, listen to the song things you say, its a beautiful song. God bless whitney, I love her.

Wowerz @ all these IGNORANT comments on here, almost as bad as NEWS ONE for lying. Whitney clearly apologizes for being hoarse, but she had no sleep due to traveling n promoting the new album. Also, a day later for the 2nd taping of the interview with Oprah, Whitney did two songs, and brought the house down. The interview was so long it will be on for two days September 14th & 15th. Each interview took a day.
Anyway Whitney Houston is back on top at #1 this week and will be premiering not one, but TWO new videos in the upcoming weeks. The video for “I Look To You” is set to debut on September 10th. While the clip for “Million Dollar Bill” will be premiere on September 16th. In other Whitney news, Whitney will be performing “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength” on The Oprah Winfrey Show at the personal request of Oprah herself.

It’s been a long time since she been on stage. So I’m sure it may take a min or two for her to be where everyone expected her to be at. I’m sure she regrets her mistakes in the past. Live and learn and move on.

Just like anything you do in life. If you are good or great at it and if you put it down for a long time you have to retrain yourself. Much love Whitney for taking those steps to come back and do what you love doing….
