First of all she should have let him know from the gate she had it! She just took that man’s life away from him. So i personally think her ass should be in jail! For every action there is a reaction! And the secret is out boo-boo so trust me you will be the talk of the town now!

Wouldn’t this constitute an assault with a deadly weapon? This is definitely reckless endangerment of some sort.

This type of behavior among hiv/aids patients is not uncomon.Their are hiv/aids patients having unprotected sex with people and not revealing their status.The psycological toll that accompanies hiv/aids patients run the gamet of denial,fear shame,guilt,isolation,abadonment and rejection.People that are asymtomatic believe they recieved the wrong test results.Some people also believe that if they are infected other people should be out of revenge.I took care of a 34yo positive man,who was spitting in his hand and rubbing the saliva on the public elevator knobs.Another young black man was caught urinating on several occassions in the public ice chest.I am by no means justifying this behavior ,but if you knew the overwhelming psycological toll that positive people endure it might make a little more since.People should treat all potential partners as positive.

This is not something that she did on her own. If men want to protect themselves they most certainly know how. When it comes to sex both parties should show signs of responsibility. As many that has died from Aids, as aware as the doctors try to make people aware you still have ppl that walk around as though it won’t happen to them and when it does now they are supposedly the victim.
