Since Obama is in office he has picked the Steelers to win the Superbowl, the UNC Tarheels to win the NCAA Final 4 and rooted for Derek Jeter to win the World Series. Now he is rooting for the New Orleans Saints to win this year’s Superbowl.

Here’s what he said in an interview with Diane Sawyer.

I think both teams are terrific. I guess I’m rooting a little bit for the Saints as the underdog, partly just because, when I think about what’s happened to New Orleans over the last several years, and how much that team means to them, I’m pretty sympathetic.

The Saints are the Champions. The Saints out played the Colts. Brees was the better quater back. Manning is a good but you can’t play 100% all day every day.
