Im sort of nt buying the wife did it crap. He’s a grown man he did what he did and obviously didn’t care if it hurt anyone outside of his and his mistress so….thts wat happens. He should have known. If he didnt want his wife he should have gotten a divorce and then if he came up shot i would most definitely blame it on the wife bt in this case i dnt think its the wife

The man did not deserve to die, it was a shame that his marriage was falling apart or basically over…but he did not deserve to be shot dead by his alleged mistress. Its a shame for his kids and wife, this is a terrible ordeal to live thru. I cant imagine how she feels about losing her husband and her dignity to some degree. Then, turn around and be strong for her children. Its just awful all the way around.

I have never seen a case of infidelity that have good results.In one form of another in will catch up to you.And I am not saying that a person deserves to Die for it and this is a sad ending to a good persons life. However this is the eventuality of it.Especially if the person hurt by it has a warped since of thinking at the time.I really dont know the full story but I hope it was’nt because of a scorned lover.R.I.P. He was a good man who made a very bad choice. My heart goes out to his family, and my advice to all my brothas is this – when you’re in a relationship or marriage – DON’T CHEAT. If you want to be with someone else, give your woman that much respect and tell her the truth. Then leave and go take your chances with the next woman.

Regardless of cheating— you control your own actions!!! CHEATING doesnt mean that someone deserves to get killed. People need to get control of their emotions– if doing things that other people dont like is reason enough for someone to kill you– we would all be dead. Hope this story doesn’t become a lightning rod for the cons of infidelity on some “see what happened to McNair” type ish. The act of taking someone’s life should be the main issue and because lives have been lost we can play Monday evening quarterback(no pun inteneded) and say well “if he didn’t cheat”. There’s no poetic justice here or 2 wrongs making things right. I can’t fathom what actually occured but it appears that alot of emotions were invested because when you think about it, 4 gun shots, 2 to the head and 2 to the chest is over kill. For one she was a kid, next we was married and should have had his ass at home with his family keeping the promise to love, cherish, and provide forever……Now his wife,children,mother,sister, her family, friends have ive and deal with his shame,pain,broken hearts, now is wife got all the moneyshe gonna get another man and live off his money and his children will have to deal wirh other kids cruel remarks… Choices equal Consequences… What is your choice, Cheaper to Keep Her.That girl wasn’t doing noting his wife couldn’t do.

Let me ask this to make a point. When has cheating ever gone greatly right? Think about it. I mean even if you’ve never been caught, if you have a heart, how did really you feel inside. It’s much easier just to stick with the person that you call your husband, or your wife. Nothing good ever comes out of cheating and I don’t care what anyone else tries to tell me. When I stand before God, the man of God, my family, my friends and my bride, that is it. When you cheat you lie to them all, but most of all, you lie to the Lord. This is why nothing good comes out of cheating. The wages of sin is death.
I’m sorry for this brotha and many others like him and sista’s to. But we need to stop being so greedy and thinking of ourselves. Now what are his children suppose to think. I wish peace over their lives and his wife’s as well.

Steve McNair was a wonderfully talented and gifted ATHLETE. But he was just a man. He’s not the first man to have strayed from his wedding vows, neither will he be the last. He’s gone now and he left a fabulous legacy as a gifted and talented athlete who’s halo is a little tarnished by what he did off the football field. He is survived by 4 male children. Let’s pray that his children and wife will be allowed to grieve the man they loved in peace and with dignity.

It’s very unfortunate that this has happened.It’s not the first time…and definately won’t be the last time!Thing’s at home obviously wasn’t going well.That’s why i’m sure he(most people)stepped out on his wife in the first place.It definately wasn’t the best choice on his part.It kinda goes to show you “All that Glitter’s…Isn’t Gold”/”Everything that look’s good to ya’ Isn’t good for Ya’”My mom alway’s told me that!It’ll make a lot of other playboy,athlete’s or wannabe’s wake up!

When you look at a person who is willing to sacrafice their freedom in order to take you out, they are not a hero, nor is it a mark on you, was that his girlfriend, not a wife.

You see, I don’t date loosers, becoz, I am the biggest thing in their lives, they think I am God, and to kill me is everything, but to kill thier lives is nothing. you see his woman, was a heel of a person. she didn’t love him, she stuck around for revenge, coz afterall if he left her then what was ‘his’ next move? Most any girl on the circuit would’ve picked up the slack.

She is a little person, who’s life meant nothing to her becoz it paled in comparison to her own. What this tell other atheletes isn’t don’t cheat, coz athelete or not peple do; no it says: ‘Don’t date a women who has nothing going on worth while in their lives thats of any significants to her identity becoz If you leave her in her mind she is nothing, and harming you is her only biggest acheivement regardless of what happens to her becoz in her mind she is nothing anyway. don’t date looser women, date winners who have something to live for, not loosers who have nothing to loose.

This is a very tragic case, but this is also a small reminder that it is a thin line between love and hate! He could’ve kept his “thing” in his pants or broke up with his wife and been a player,either way he might still be here if he wasn’t being a selfish dog. The only ones I pity is his wife and his children, now daddy’s dead cuz he was a w***e! Men pay attention!! Not every woman pays that cheater s**t!

After reading the official news report, people, I would definately ask for a more full investigation in to the record of payments on the SUV Caddi Escalade, there you can track a non moving target, see if the car lender got any payments, then see if the paments came from her account or his, or if large matching sums came from his and deposited in hers as the payments were being made on the vehicle.

Y u ask, becoz it could have been a double homicide if the above is true that he actually made payments to her, then she had no motive othr than the ‘alleged affair’ she therefore lessoning the wait of a murd suicd.

That would be what I would do if I wanted to verify this allegation coz I dn’t buy it.

i don’t wish anyone dead, but if he had been home abiding by his marriage vows, he’d probably still be alive. i don’t have any sympathy for him. i hope that young piece of tail was worth losing his life for. and she was a stupid b***h too. she was messing with a former football player and he wasn’t giving her any money? she shouldn’t have had all of these financial problems then. what’s the point of messing with any married man, and one with money, if you aren’t getting paid?

This is a very sad situation, for his wife and children especially. She has questions that can never be answered, but I know God will see them through this. I don’t like that everyone keeps calling this young woman his girlfriend, she was his girlfriend in her eyes only. If you listen to all accounts the only people who believed they were seriously involved where her friends and family because that was what she believed and what she told them. If you watch the DUI video she tells him she loves him and he just says “Bye.” I had the honor of meeting Mr. McNair two weeks before his death and he was a down to earth and loving person. This woman was in the restaurant with her friend who was speaking to Steve as Kazemi just stood back and looked at him in adoration. I think that he knew this woman was obsessed with him and he was probably trying to let her down easily, but she wasn’t going for that. Yes he had slept with her and for that he was wrong, but I don’t believe he had real feelings for her like she had for him, he was just a nice guy and not the dog people have been calling him. He was trying to handle the situation to keep it from his wife and children and sadly the situation handled him. I won’t tell you to rest in peace, but I will say to enjoy your life in heaven because you are an angel.
