Ok, this story isnt even laid out in entirety, atleast in my opinion. Why was the dude in the daycare in the first place? Why were police called to the scene? Did the man pose a threat to the children or staff or himself at the time? Was he on something/high/faded etc…? I dont know, I think NewsOne just likes to throw these half azzed ‘tidbits’ of a story out there for US to latch onto and start beefin with each other..lol KRAZY!

Police seem to always get away with murder. Apparently, this is the second time one of the cops has gotten away with it.

“cry me a river” is usually a response from someone who not only doesn’t care about the victim, but considers the events they have endured to be a sob story. There are far too many of these cases of UNARMED black men being shot down, that I’m convinced that merely having black skin exponentially raises my chances of being shot down by a cop with little or no probable cause. Again, I could really care less how you feel, but you expressed it, and I thought I would express my feelings towards you. I love my people, and when the love is genuine, you’re liable to lash out at anyone who will attempt to make mockery of situations like this. So technically, you didn’t state you hated my people, but your choice of words at best suggests to me, that you couldn’t give a damn about justice for us in any capacity. I agree with you Cali, NewsOne can be sketchy with stories like this, but the fact is, Black men are not only shot down like its nothing, but Grand Juries seem to always fail to indict. Yes I live in Rockford, IL and attended school with the guy. He had prior issues with the law but he was unarmed and he came out with his hands up. They did not shoot him once..they shot him several times after he was going down.NOT ONE of the eyewitnesses said he reached for something!! The jury found the officers not guilty before they even heard testimonies from two eye witnesses. Tons of children witnessed the shooting and everyone even the adults present said they saw him coming out with his hands up. Come on People! We have had rallies…protests and this is just ridiculous. AND…this is not the first time that one of these officers has been accused of shooting an unarmed man, for one of the officers..this is not his first unarmed shooting of a black man. Really though??

Both were present Aug. 24 when 23-year-old the incident took place in their facility. The two were called to testify Wednesday to the grand jury, but didn’t show because of previous plans to visit family in Mississippi. Jackson said the Browns were not defying a court order, and their testimony would have swayed jurors.

“They made plans for the sacred season and they could not undo those plans,” Jackson said Saturday with about 75 people in the basement of Kingdom Authority International Ministries. “To make it December 23, the day before Christmas Eve, is more like manipulation than truth. We can live with a fair outcome, but you must have all the ingredients to have a fair outcome.”
