@MrWantSomeNewBooty, Yes there is such a thing as freedom of speech but there is also a law that states that a citizen can be arrested and tried for treason if during a time of war they make unpatriotic remarks about the President, Government or Nation. It is not really enforced though. But this is only during a time of war. I am trying to look up the actual peice of legislation which doc**ents this. It does exist.

And anyone can threaten the lives of any of us over the phone, via text, myspace, mocospace, any of them and the local police say it is not a crime. I was held victim to a Indian decent man (no American Indian) on Monday morning in my office for a half hr. Having to use physical force to protect myself which by any state law is kidnapping and the local Tempe AZ Police department tell me there is nothing they can do, But someone enacts their rights of Freedom of Speech and they are arrested and indicted…. I have nothing against Obama, as a matter of fact I believe what he has done for us so far has shown to be somewhat beneficial.
