I wish Sean Bell would’ve literally ran all of those racist cops asses over to death, and killed all of those punk b***hes before they got off 50 shots! He may have went to jail, but at least he would’ve still had his life. We need more accountability in the legal system for law enforcement officers as it relates to lethal force. More stringent requirements, and more “externally” independent reviews of departmental practices in the field, would not only expose a lot of the dirty s**t that they get away with, but it would make officers more cautious of prematurely discharging their sidearms. Some of these weak ass cops are either “scared” (and if they are, then they b***h asses need to find another line of work), and they can’t fight. Or they are just straight racist/prejudice, and are just looking for a brother to shoot anyway. And if that is the case, then they need to be exposed, taken off the force, anf faced with criminal (federal) charges. I worked in corrections for years… and we weren’t allowed to bring our firearms in the facility. Either you throw them damn thangs, and back up all that s**t that you talk, or get yo’ ass whooped… point blank. Niggaz would jump the s**t out of some of those racist ass patrol officers after they put that firearm in the gun locker. Muthaf**kas ain’t so tough then. I agree with there needing to be more accountability in the legal system! that is why we need more Blacks seeking to get into the position. (Lawyers, police officers, legislatures, and as judges). Unforntunately this is not the time of Malcom and Martin. Marching singing Kumbaya My Lord is not going to get it. We are not as united as we were then. We must fight the system from within the system. We need to become the checks and balances. BUT we also need to be aware of OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS IN THIS COUNTRY!! There are some things that officers cannot do. As a people we must become each others eyes and ears. When you see a brother or sister being arrested DO NOT SPEAK TO THE OFFICER, OBSERVE AND TRY TO NOTE WHAT HAS OCCURRED. We complain on-line and to each other, but we do not get the ball rolling until One of us is killed or shot. This is happening all over the place and not being made public. Report these officers and if you cannot get a badge number or name, then squad car license. It takes the same officers names being reported before they start looking into their arrest and tactics. The city cannot cover up continuous reports, then they may be looking at a class action suit. It has been done, it takes the wrong person to be accosted and to file suit. We have to police the police behavior in out community. Dont interfere justs watch them they way they watch us. Dont curse and argue if they say you cant stand there, you have a certain legal distance that you can observe them when they make an arrest. They know many of us do not know our rights, so they can violate.

You officer’s are trained in many ways of self defense, why not use other options, you are trained for. This kind of thing happens all the time, and officers are most times acquitted from all wrong doing.
Mr. Carey suck it up, be a man, your and officer it goes with the territory, you are free to go about your daily life, however Mr. Bell is not, he leaves behind children with no father,and a woman who was soon to be his wife, that family had wedding cost, and funeral cost all at the same time, and all u can think about are your legal fee’s. Be thankful this situation was not reversed.
