WOW Seeing the majority of our history in those photo’s makes me so PROUD to be an AFRICAN AMERICAN! We are special, we are strong, and we are blessed and highly favored by GOD! It’s only by GOD’s grace that we are where we are today! You may be reading this saying,” what the heck is she talking about? Most of our people are in jail, dead, or struggling! How does that make us special?” Well in response to that, we are special! We are the only race on this Earth that has indured so much pain, heartbreak,trials, and tribulations but yet we continue to press our way forward! We are on eof the strongest races on this earth! No dont get me wrong, Im not racist by a long shot, nor do I feel like we are better than anyone else because according to GOD’s holy word, we are all equals! Im just saying that I wish we as a people will realize how beautiful and special that our race realy is! We need to start placing that positivity in our youth so they will know that they don’t have to just settle for whatever this crazy world throws at them! Let them know that we are DESTINED for GREATNESS and thats the only thing we will axcept from them! Remember that if a person knows how much they are worth, they will less likely settle for less then their worth; and we are wort more than silve or gold!
