That was his choice.It was also his choice to cheat.Like so many men he felt that she’d be so happy to be the “Mrs Woods” that she would be ok with him cheating etc! These celebs know the ropes! Divorce is nothing new,and depending on the state of residence marital assets can be split in half! Does she need 300 million for herself and 2 children?No but like alot of other’s in same position she will try to get as much as she can from him. I do not know if she will get 100% custody ,because his infedility has little to do with his ability to be a father to his children! It’s cheaper to keep her! You wanna play you gotta pay?When will celebs learn? If he was so worried about his financial assts he should have secured an iron clad prenup. Having children puts a whole other spin on the situation because child support is a given ,but now he must deal with alimony and child support! As far as I’m concerned, if she agreed to a prenup, then it should stand! Custody should be shared by BOTH….and he made the money, had the kids, but f**ked up in playing around with B-U-T-T-A-F-A-C-E-S. She shouldn’t ge half, because they wasn’t married long, but should get more than the prenup offer…I would put a IRON CLAD offer and stick to it!

But doesn’t the prenup have a clause in it dealing with what would happen in case of infidelity? I know there was one agreeing to pay her more if she stayed, but depending on the legal standing, the entire thing could be voided if Tiger cheats.

Elin Nordegren does not deserve one red cent more than the amount stipulated in the original prenuptial agreement. Why should Tiger Woods’ infidelity equate to new negotiations for additional money for Elin. Since when is adulterous conduct by the husband synonymous with more money for the wife. If Elin married Tiger because she loved him, and not because of his fame and fortune, re-negotiating for half of his money would not be the issue. She would be either seeking counseling to repair her broken marriage, or if she feels the marriage is truly over, then, she should be seeking a divorce… This story has evolved from a story of sordid infidelity on Tiger’s part to a story of GREED and BETRAYAL by Tiger’s mistresses and his wife.

I didn’t see all of this support for Juanita when Michael Jordan was committing adultery on her. I didn’t see the Media writing editorials in support of Juanita getting half of Michael’s money.
Suddenly, the adjective of “Super Model” is being ascribed to Elin. This woman was never even an underachieving model. She took some composite shots for a photographer and put a portfolio together – much like thousands of other aspiring models and actresses. She never walked a catwalk, nor was she ever featured in any major (or minor) ad campaign. She was a wannabe. ELIN WAS A NANNY – A BABYSITTER. That is what she was. She hit the jackpot when her employer introduced her to Tiger Woods. Now all of a sudden $20 million dollars is not enough for a minimum wage babysitter? Give me a break! Remember, in addition to the guaranteed $20 million stipulated in the agreement, she will also get substantial child support that will also equate to millions of dollars.
Elin did not do one single thing to contribute to Tiger Woods success. It was Tiger who practiced his golf swing for painstaking hours on end, and it was Tiger who perfected his game to become the best golfer EVER! Tiger was already the highest paid spokesperson – and sought-after – athlete before Elin ever entered the picture. Being married to Elin didn’t suddenly add shine to his image. He was already the All-American-Athlete.
Elin needs to take her $20 million and be truly appreciative that she was a babysitter for someone who put her in the right place at the right time to be eligible to become a multi-millionairess. Otherwise, she would still be changing stink diapers and wiping snotty noses
