I’m a black guy and I’ll admit that when I first saw the headline my first thought was of the police going too far, but after seeing that video, and the fact that the guy seemed to be willing to kill the police in is attempt to escape. This idiot should be lucky they didn’t take it further. I know I would be pissed if I’m doing my job and someone is trying to kill me in the process. With that being said, It is also necessary for the cops to practice control, and make sure that they don’t abuse the power that is given to them. All said and done, its simple. Obey the law and all is well, break it and try to kill people, be prepared for what is coming to you.

Regardless of the arrest circ**stances, unreasonable brutality and excessive force is illegal and inhumane. If I kick my dog, I get arrested. If my kid verbally threatens a teacher, he can be locked up. If I force a person that is a hazard to the community and they flipped their car and were thrown, I’d could be hit with jail time and a civil suit. The point is, police officers are suppose to be agents of the court who uphold the law in a professional manner. This scene was not only unprofessional, it was brutal, hostile and severely excessive force was used. Now if I’m alone in my car and the cops start chasing me, after seeing stuff like this, why would I be dumb enough to stop? I might try to outrun them just to get into a heavily populated area with witness in hopes of preventing them from killing me for no damn good reason. We do not know what frame of mind the guy in the car was in. Perhaps he had the same thought, that he must find a safe place to be arrested. We have no clue if he is a criminal or why he is being chased. I’m not going to berate the ignorant folks that think he deserves it, I just want to throw a little more light on this thing so that it can perhaps stimulate the minds that watch this to be somewhat more analytical. The real issue here is the “cover up”… This incident happened last year and the JeffCo DA’s office had technical problems with the tape and requested another copy only to find out that the victim was actually beat while unconscious (this was not shown on the 1st copy given)… the 5 officers in this particular incident were fired earlier this week and an investigation is in the works… Stay tuned and let’s see where this goes… nuff said

It does not make a difference what he had done prior to the flipping of the van. The guy was visibly knocked the hell out by the impact. I own a security company as well as information technology company, and I wish you could see what I see every Saturday and Sunday night when I’m working with clubs for security, how cops take it too far and crack people in the head with billy clubs, throw people on the pavement sideling their skin off their face’s and more. But when I work at the black clubs I don’t see any cops doing this to wards the white guys getting drunk and starting fights. Their whites are nicely escorted out the club and the blacks are beaten to the floor like a damn little john song.

As an Arkansa corectional officer who has recieve similar training as the police i would normally say that we didnt see the whiole video but from what i can tell we see a casse of brite abbuse and the officer should be punish to the full extent of the law.

I personally am disgusted at the whole thing. I am not shocked nor am i surprised. I believe in my heart that police do this type of thing everyday and most probably get away with it. he did almost run over a police officer. i’m not justifying what this man did, but as you see he was thrown from the vehicle and it looked like he was unconcious so of course he’s not resisting arrest which means they don’t have to restrain him or anything like that. they should have just put him in handcuffs and let the judge deal with the rest.

Trust me when I say this, the police (PIGS) are all bastards. (EVEN THE BLACK ONE’S) I’ve been stopped many times, put up aagainst their vehicle, shoved inside their car for being in the right place at the right time. To them as long as your black your guilty of something. A southern act of 1740 said:

When at war we capture the people that have injured or killed our comrads and take them to our hospitals and take care of them. We are not supposed to injure them. Say Im at Parkland Hospital today in the Library and I had an idea to set up a drop off spot for ex Cocaine, Crack, and Extacy sellers. I need a paton. I want the people who drop off the illegals to in no way be harmed or arrested or prosecuted. This is for a good cause. When the spot is set up. I want them to be gifted with a scholarship to a college of their choice if they come up with a good five year plan. Vote yes on Prop 2. It restores the right to vote wrogly accused persons. It says no to Crack, Cocaine, and Extacy sells. If you know what any of these pills look like I believe we need to let the public know by news and radio! I heard of one extacy pill called HH its green with HH (Hulk Hogan) written on it. If you see this pill do not take it. We also need to educate school age kids. It was also on the news that expired drugs were to be donated to charity and they were going to use these expired drugs on low income people!
