
Kyra Phillips, an anchor for CNN apologized for playing a Coolio song with the N-Word in a feature on 103-year-old grandmother who still drives. The song “Fantasitc Voyage” contained the lyrics.

Sign. Once again, another apology put out there when it is common knowledge that evolved black folks do not condone or support the use of this word as it was never meant to be complimentary.
It really gets kind of tired when we’ve seen the end result of other racists and/or racist networks that have used this disparaging word and have been dealt with.
The clowns give it a rest and then sometime later, another clown comes running up attempting to wreck shop and slyly asks forgiveness.
My home-girl said it best: “There is no LESSON in being kicked by a mule TWICE.”
If the word is not used period, then no need to apologize for using it.

The problem is not the song. Its the fact that the story is about a 103 year old woman and she has nothign to do with the subject matter.
