Man Survives 21 Shots In Shoot Out With Police

A bulletproof vest saved the life of a city cop shot by one of his NYPD colleagues Sunday in a wild Harlem shootout that left two men riddled with police bullets.

Luis Soto, 22, died after being shot six times. The fatal bullet tore through his lungs, heart and kidney

The police said Soto was killed by Angel Alvarez, 23, who then shot at police officers, four of whom returned fire.

    I Live in New York and read the news that the police went into a firing frenzy when these two got into a fight,and I was driving by that night and seen the crowd of people partying.NYPD are mostly made up of lying corrupt bastards,they are just a para military force there to keep the money flowing by writing tickets,and keeping the police state in Amerikka strong,another coverup like Sean Bell.

    The Bottom dollar is someone was shot without having a gun, but by time the P.B.A. get done with their B.S. it will be a justified shooting. Just like superman got out of the Shawn Bell vehicle and flew away with the gun that was never found. Just like Off duty Officer in Harlem Omar he running down the street with his gun drawn yelling to the guy who had just broke into his car Blackman with a Gun stop Black Man with a gun Stop. I can not think of a time when a Black man shot a White man in his neighborhood. Oh how silly of me Harlem doesnt belong to us anymore my( Bad ). BUT WHAT REALLY GET ME IS THE FACT THAT WE AS A PEOPLE STILL DONT GET IT.
