Secondly, that the police charged into a crowd on horseback is crazy…I don’t know the entire story, but if people refused to move, the police should have been better prepared and had dispatched on-foot patrol to the scene or had slowly moved through the crowd with the horses. Instead, bystanders got pushed, some into fences and that is no way to handle a situation. Those police wouldn’t have done that to a crowd of white people, bet on that.

In my home town of Little Rock, AR, after the MLK parade, there was a shooting. Two young girls were fighting at the end of the parade, moved it to an alley and a crowd gathered, and while they were fighting someone shot at someone else in the crowd. These are Black people doing this in the “Hood.”

Now if the city had decided not to hold a parade, the Black leadership would be up in arms and everyone would be marching to the capital. But yet, two parade goers wind up fighting each other on MLK day and one winds up getting shot.

People we can do better!

Just cancel the parade next year. If residents can’t be law abiding and respectful, just shut it down. Problem solved.

So how about if St. Patrick’s Day parades across N. America and Europe are shut down? Do you know how many drunks get into it during that “holiday”?

Also, it was an isolated incident, and it actually was two men and their dogs, not a mass outbreak. Why the crowd didn’t move I’m not sure, but maybe they didn’t know where to move since it was so damn crowded.

I stand by what I said. If people cannot be law abiding and respectful, shut it down.

The actions of a few shouldn’t prevent any activities, but that’s how some people think when black people are involved.

However, have you ever seen a riot at a BIG TEN university? I have. Those white girls and boys tore up East Lansing like f**king fools…torched a couch and everything. And it took quite some time before Lansing police stepped in.

Whereas, when there was a party off-campus and there were a bunch of black college students: that party didn’t even get into full swing…MAYBE was just 20 minutes into it when Lansing police came in and pepper-sprayed students all over the place.

So while I appreciate your sharing the story about the shooting, for every incident like that among us, there’s some crazy s**t poppin’ off with white folks, too.

As a matter of fact with an all white crowd, a white person is bound to shoot and kill multiple people, even shoot a few policemen, and still walk away in handcuffs. No innocent bystanders would be hurt or shot by police. Can’t say the same for black gatherings. Somehow it is justify to harm innocent black people over the actions of a few individuals. Somehow it is the innocent black person’s fault for not trying to make sure the other disruptive black people behave right. Somehow, it is always okay to harm our love ones with excessive force. And yet people want to justify this action of horses rushing through a crowd over a dog? Really? To add to the justification, the TV report mentions bulls**t of a fight from a 2010 MLK Parade or someone’s personal opinion on a Facebook page. News Flash to ignorant people. Anyone can post anything on a Facebook page and don’t have to be physically present at an event. There’s always justification for severe police actions against blacks. It doesn’t matter if the disruption involves a black person fighting off a bumble bee, somehow police come along guns drawn, bullets fired, innocent people hurt, and all is excuse under the stereotypical notion of blacks together in groups equal violence. Yeah, okay. There’s no excuse as to why the cops couldn’t arrest the two young men like an officer is suppose to do or like they do at an all white gatherings.
