Pundit, Kirsten Powers was on Fox News’ America Live show and got into an argument with host, Megyn Kelly about the claim that the Obama Justice Department dropped voter intimidation charges against the New Black Panther Party due to race. Powers then claimed that Fox News was using the “scary black man thing” to scare their viewers against Obama.
