SAN FRANCISCO– A cell phone video of San Francisco police shooting a man in a wheelchair armed with a knife has surfaced. The man doesn’t seem to pose to much of a threat to the undercover cops but there are reports that he had previously stabbed another officer. KTVU reports:

A passerby shot the video from a car across the street from the incident. The video shows officers confronting a man in a wheelchair.

Police said the man had just stabbed a plainclothes police officer in the shoulder. In the video, he appears to toss away the knife.

At that instant one officer fires a bean-bag gun while another fired his service revolver.
