Dick Cheney had some choice words for Barack Obama’s terror policy after Obama gave a speech on the subject today.
Here are some of the things he had to say.
Good morning — or perhaps, good afternoon….It’s pretty clear the president served in the Senate and not in the House of Representatives because, of course, in the House, we have the five-minute [speaking] rule.
When they see the American government caught up in arguments about interrogations, the terrorists see just what they were hoping for – our unity gone, our resolve shaken, our leaders distracted. In short, they see weakness and opportunity.
He described Obama’s terror positions as “recklessness cloaked in righteousness” and “unwise in the extreme.”
