    It is said to see that many do not respect their elders, especially those that made a mark in history. Makes no difference what color the woman’s husband was the article is about the accomplishments of blacks in history. Please let’s show more respect to the heritage and to people in general.

    what ever the case my be..we are proud of leaders that committed patriotism to a society who played a part in our history..what images they project..in color lies..has no baring as non-rooted..shes still a sistah..no matter what her interest of choice may be..SJ..

    Agreed with what Jazzlove84 said. Whatever happened to having great leaders and being great leaders? Seriously think about what people in different countries think of us with the only images they see on tv predominantly being rappers, crazy athletes and such.

    what has happened to great black people such as these. we only idolize people of our culture who rap about drugs, violence, having multiple sex partners, and doing nothing substantial with their lives. its time for the next generation(mine) to get up and stand against those who want to bring us down by embarassing us and making fools of our culture.
