Condi Rice was NOT “Chief at the National Security Agency (NSA).” During Bush’s two terms, the DIRECTOR of the NSA was Lieutenant General Michael V. Hayden of the United States Air Force followed by Lieutenant General Keith B. Alexander of the United States Army.

Dr. Rice’s position was National Security ADVISOR, which is a presidential staff job. She had no administrative authority over the National Security Agency, just as she had no authority over the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

They are both intelligence agencies. The NSA focuses mostly on SIGINT (signal intelligence), whereas the CIA focuses mostly on HUMINT (human intelligence).

Just thought I’d clear that up.

all i have to say is release the servicemen and women who were locked up for torture practices in Abu Ghraib under the orders of the administration. Put Rumsfeld and Cheney in jail and release those under orders!
