Mumia Abu Jamal’s Bid For Retrial Rejected

The Supreme court rejected Mumia Abu Jamal’s bid for a new trial. Jamal’s lawyers argued that the jury which had two blacks and ten white, was unfair

Last year Abu Jamal’s death sentence was overturned by a federal court in Philadelphia last year.
