I figured it would be east baltimore, when i lived in west baltimore things like that didn’t happen. Well let me rephrase that, people got shot and killed but not that many people got shot and killed. World going crazy

In the past I’ve had a lot to say about white,but now I get a chance to tell how I feel about thugs.they afe no more than prowling animals keeping good and hard working people under seige they are no more than viruses that need to be gathered up and flown to the jungles of africa and left there.they serve no earthly purpose and there is no reason or excuse for what they do.most people have it hard,but these lice are fighting and killing for the right to be called kings of the sewer.I have been taking care of myself since the age of 14. And I’m in my mid 50′s now.I’ve never been in a gang,no rapist,robber,murderer,child abuser or womanizer.I had to join the army so I could stop sleeping in hallways and old cars.I wish we could just get them off the earth.they are always on the prowl looking for more prey,and I’m tired of all those fools who are making excuses for their behavior.truly, death is the only thing that will stop them.Al and jesse etc.should go straight to hell and take these vermen with them.they are a scurge that has to be eliminated so that good people could at least rid of half the problem persecuting them. How nice that would be.

Its not just Baltimore(my hometown).Almost every city I been to is like this.We just talk and dress different.We need to realize it.Brooklyn,DC,Philly,LA all of the small towns you never even heard of.

Tell me if this sounds familiar.Outside instead of having grass its mad broken glass.You go to the playground and drug viles and broken glass are all over the place.You remember all of the times your parents ran outside to get you when people were shooting you already laying on the ground with your bike because its what they taught you do.All of stores got bullet proof glass in them.Mad junkies walking around all of time(our parents,if youre lucky you got one who not).Remeber having to stay away from the windows at night because soon as it gets dark its going to be like 3,4 shootouts.You ever come outside going to school and somebody who got shot the night before is still laying outside.

I can go on and on.But this is normal in the hood.Most of it is because of our drug problems.Tell me what city you know dont got a drug problem.And of coarse the whole respect issue(alot of dudes get killed over respect).

Once the drug age is over our murder rates should go down.People are still going to die over beef but its not going to be no where close to what it is now.

We all have to understand one thing. There are many issues Baltimore have but the reality is this was not just a random act. There was a cause and effect here. This is not a serial killer. Something happened and the effect of the inncident was the shooting or shootings. I can say Baltimore has its problems but we fail to realize that just because we may not handle the situation as these people did, sometimes we want to, we just dont. We make a choice. Instead of talking about what is wrong with Baltimore, lets raise our children to make sound decisions, lets give young people a program to learn how to handle situations and lets allow them to say how they feel instead of showing us. I have been here for 8 years and I have learned a lot about the people here and I have come to love the peopel here, especially our young adults, teenagers and children. Lets not talk about the problem but be about a solution one person at a time.

I told my friends about a show called “The Wire”. They always tell me its just a show, and it’s not reality. Baltimore will never change. Why? The school system is f**ked up. I was looking at the slide of famous massacre’s and I don’t think Jonestown should be on there. The people decided to commit suicide and though there is evidence that some people were fatally shot, it isn’t clear if that was because they were having complications due to drinking that concoction or because they resisted. Jonestown is too controversial to be considered a true massacre.

I disagree gren1shaw2. I believe thugs are our sons, brothers, fathers, uncles, friends, etc. We have to realize this. Each of us play a role in whether or not our men end up like this. My little brother almost got killed only about a month ago. Thank God he was lucky enough only to get shot. My brother was always a well behaved young man, until he found himself face to face with society. Society teaches young black men that it is the norm for them to be foolish in many differnt ways. To make this short, I had a life altering conversation with my brother and now he is changing his life around. Lets bring our black men back to reality and embrace them, understand them, and help guide them on a better track, even if this simply means a heart to heart convo with them.
