The increase funds for education in INNER CITIES. How about valid jobs in urban areas and to end the big buisness of storing humans, you know prisons. Since more prisons are privately owned and ran, is it a shock that our prison population is where it is at. Think about it.

It’s refreshing to see these guys out actively trying to make a difference. And having common sense is a plus too!

I have been watching from Canada. I admire all the struggles and accomplishments African Americans have made and for us Blacks in Canada its an inspiration. The Obama election has made me get involved more in my local politics. The highest position in our country Governor General is headed by a Black woman Michaelle Jean. Now I don’t ex[ect her to make everything great for Black people here, but I do look at her as an example of political involvement and what can happen if more of us were a part of that process. I love my country as well and although I have visited your country many times (Baltimore, Detroit, NYC, Filly, and Chitown) I have no desire to move to the US. The politics of your country has created a hatred around the world for the US and even here in Canada you will find people are not too friendly to Americans. What is appalling is that many Black Americans are dissing Barack instead of getting closer to him. But it is usually the lazy ones who just like to point fingers and complain instead of being proactive. Protests just allow the media to show your organization as a nuisance. Strategic interference may work a lot better in getting results that you want. An even bigger problem with Black people here is their self absorbness. (if thats a word). The world is vast. America is not the centre (thats how we spell centre. you spell center) of the globe. It would be nice if more Black Americans would reach out. Why not come here for a visit and see what your fellow people are doing here. Visit some of the Black neighborhoods and not just the tourist sections downtown. There are many opportunities even business wise in which we can collaborate together. I have been collaborating with East Africans on different ventures as well when I visit Tanzania, last time helping to open a movie theatre. Why allow the American economy to bring our economy down. The Chinese community doesn’t follow economic downturns because they have created a mini economy within their community here. Angola in Africa has a very high growth rate peaking at 13% just a few years ago. And white people are jumping on that while you complain about Obama. I am happy for Obama and yes we celebrated here as well. Its not about the promises, but its about the symbol. You are welcomed anytime!

2) Obama supporting the illegal wiretapping of American citizens.

3) Obama supporting Extraordinary Rendition, which is basically kidnapping People, taking them to other countries to be tortured, doing the U.S.’s dirty work. How many of you knew what Extraordinary Rendition was before I just explained it?

4) Obama catering to Israel’s interests. After Israel assaulted Gaza and killed over 1200 Palestinian civilians mostly women and children, Obama saying Israel has the right to protect itself. Obama Administration saying it will veto the Goldstone Report which called for investigating Israel for commtting war crimes during the assault.

(Obama supporters always use the excuse that Obama is not the President of Blacks but the President of the U.S. Well he seems to be everyone’s president but ours. He constantly speaks to Jewish insterests groups about their concerns and met with the NAACP once and they don’t even represent our insterests. The only time he addresses Blacks is when he is dissing us for being bad fathers and having corrupt leadership. Basically saying all of our issues are our own fault. Letting the government(WHITE POWER) off the hook for its major and deliberate role in our dysfunction which is merely symptoms of what you will see among People that have been colonized. 5) Obama authorizing more Drone attacks, killing civilians in Afgan. and Pakistan, in 9 months then Bush did in 3 years.

7) Obama not supporting the Black men who ran for Governor and Mayor of New York state and New York City. Telling the Black Man, David Paterson, running for Governor to step down.
