When is the last time you heard of a cop saving anyone, i hear more cases of pets saving people than the police do. my condolences to this woman and her family. I live in Washington, D.C. I've read the articles about this case, there were 2 full page (and when I say full page I mean the front page and continued one FULL page)articles relating to this case. One was in the Wednesday paper and the other was in the Thursday paper. ANYWAY...the problem that the cops are having is that they cannot link this man to the crim. They know he did it...anybody reading the article knows he did it. The suspect has wayyy too many conflicting stories and nothing that he does is adding up. The thing about this particular is that, sometimes when women are missing and they are minorities they tend to be at the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder. Maybe a few kids, no father, maybe a history of drug usage, maybe a history of criminal activity. Anyway this woman makes $120,000 a year, owns a Jaguar and a Mercerdes, owns a few rental properties and was extremely cautious, she had security cameras all around her house and her security system was ALWAYS alarmed. The suspect, the boyfriend, in the case was seen walking in and out of the house but he claims that he did not see her nor was he aware of her missing. Anyway I urge you to read the article and not just complain about the media's lack of coverage on black women. And just in case you are not aware, as I typed this message there were many women and girls who were kidnapped. If the media ACTUALLY covered EVERY SINGLE abduction and rape then there would be a network dedicated to covering it 24/7.
