He definitely should be fired not only did he assualt the paramedic but he was refusing to help a citizen( the woman in the ambulance). I believe not only should the paramedic sue so should the family. If I were choked by a police officer I would want them fired as well. I think the trooper should be fired. Ambulances are emergency vehicles as well as paramedics fire fighters and police should always work as a team. And in some cases they do.

I agree. This trooper should go to jail for assault. And with the way racial attacks have occured this year. A law should be passed where if someone assaults or murders anyone who is not the same race as them they should be charged with racial discrimination no matter what the reason is for it.
