Where im from they’ll beat you down on tape and when you goto court and ask for a tape they’ll act like the tape wasnt runnen. I think it should be against da law for a cop to leave the station without maken sure the camera is runnen. There should be a camera on every angle of the car for they wont miss nothing. That tape could be for the officers side to in some situations. Cause if dat happened away from the car wouldnt nobody know but them. Guys whats are we so mad about. Its was has fault. i spent the last 2 days arguing with people saying that 84 yr old woman deserved her smackdown. It is really sad how we as society are to respect police men and view them as protectors, when they can’t protect us from their own….. Why is it that every time we view videos of police officers using excessive force they always state that the officer acted accordingly… Accordingly to who/what? To how they felt that day… When is it too much force? when the person stops breathing? and why after he is down did they feel the need to charge at him with punches and kicks.. It does not take a Police Chief to see that this incident along with many others is just a way for Police officers to abuse their badge and get away from what a civilian would go to trial and be sentenced for…You want to know why civilians act and treat officers the way that they do, well here it is for you to see over and over again….And how many more are not visible for us to see… so Mr.Sgt. Jesse Garcia- Police Spokesman ask your chief if he walked down a neighborhood and was attacked by 6-7 civilians with kicks and punches because he would not get off the street or walk to the other side, would it be called excessive force? And one more thing why were Mr. Jenkins charges dropped if the attack was justifiable? I mean you said that the police officers acted accordingly yet you dropped the charges?
