i don’t know sh it about his innocence or guolt but i get pissed at these no backboned jurors coming out afterwards talking about they were pressured to vote guily! you have a person’s life in your hands and you can just fold like that?! i heard a similar story on npr a few weeks ago.

I think there should b a penalty 4 that when other jurors r munipulating,abusing,& coercing others into making a verdict that feel is enjust.What does that say about our legal system.A mans life hang n the balance here.I have watch & heard about this man also saw & heard what the bouncer n the club said,”Someone needs 2 investigate his a** cause I think he was paid off.1 that he said, he didnt c a gun then next thing u know he said,he saw wat looked like a barrel of a gun.C** on we all know if its a fight in a club black ppl r nosy & they wanna c who got their a**es whipped.He would have saw a gun,there is no doubt about that..The law should allow it & rule the trial as a mistrial & juror tampering…FREE C-MURDER AKA COREY MILLER!!!

I’ll be the first to admit that this judicial system is set up to put a lot of innocent black men in jail. BUT, C-Murder, is not one of these black men. It really pisses me off when black people say shyt like “Free T.I.” or “Free C-Murder.” These niggas committed crimes people. Felony crimes at that. But I’ll bet none of you would be wearing a “FREE ERNEST SONNIER” T-shirt. Or even heard of the man for that matter. My point is, there are so many innocent black men in prison and no one even knows who they are or what they were ACCUSED of doing. But the focus is on these celebrities that feel as if they can get away with anything because they’re rich and/or famous. I’m not hating, hell, I like C-Murder. I’m also from New Orleans. So, don’t go throwing the ol’ “Hate Card” at me.

they have the video tape of him shooting with witnessess. the naacp is realy trying to keep itself relevant. no one really believe in them any more so now they are trying to put race in any issue they can, its obvious someone donated a large amout of money to the organization. do all of you people think that the naacp would take up the case of a man who is outright guilty? Wow!!! tha footage of c-murder shooting in the club, wasn’t the incident he was convicted of. I find that ironic that that footage came out during this trial, and that’s not even the same club. And then, when the jurors said they couldn’t come up with a verdict after 3! 3 days, he orders them to come up with one which basically means, FIND HIM GUILTY!! That’s probably why the naacp wants to intervine, you know, RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL!!!! A juror is suppose to have no knowledge of the case they will try. Do any of you believe that 1st step was tainted? Please!! convict me of what your trying me for, not something from like 10 years ago.
