Anything Greek is synonymous with gay…Thought y’all knew..

And why would BLACK men want to even be associated with greeks being is that the culture itself, historically, has been one of great homosexuality??

exaaaaaaaactly @califemme23……….bunch of elitist,arrogant, show offs who claim that they joined to better themselves and thier community…..end of the day, the sh*t looks better on your resume, and you get a few more heads turned your way come greek week. I can dig the loyalty, the honor, and the tradition…every culture has/ needs it, i can dig black men getting together in positivity and making each other better. but the average n*gga now days get in a frat and it aint nothin but an educated gang…….colors and all……..so i’ll pass……oh and cali gotta point…..romans and athenians was f*ckin lil boys up the a** so you can have that greek sh*t

califemme23, u must have seen them “strolling”. on the real, they’re just social organizations. i’ve seen frats and sorors give back to the organizations that made their college life run a lil smoother. as black youth, we have enough social issues to deal with: we’re statistically poorer than the other students, and these organizations help to fill the “donut hole” black students will face at white universities by offering black sponsered affordable social functions , tutoring, and even housing for some students.

to me its no different than vice lords, bpsn, growth and developement, the tea party, or even the naacp. its like minded people comming together to make the experience more enjoyable for its members. the REAL reason why they hated being called gay, was because of the social hiearchy being “PUSHED” on young black youth (by the media). (im about to start randomly hating, but at least im honest) media wise, its perfectly normal for a black man to act feminine IF he is the alpha male (punk from i love ny). but on the other hand…just seeming intellegent, or having an opinion about anything that isnt “street”, will get u branded as “not real enough”. like the streets are so complex that i cant have an opinion about anything that doesnt happen there, without seeming like i turned my back on my culture.

white people go along with this, especially the women. this is why its extremely rare to find a (smart or dumb) white woman with an intellegent black man (or he might just know his history, and hers too). i think black women are better at recognizing black genious, but even they will look at a smart black man as if he is a diamond in the ruff, and it shouldnt be like that.

in closing, i feel that its every black students PERSONAL responsibility to learn their OWN culture/history. its not that hard to find, but when u teach a man to fish…
