I was actually kicked out of a BP group called “a few good men” After suggesting that people in the group watch a doc**entary called “Very Young Girls” About this organization called Gems-girls, based in NYC that helps girls get off the streets. In my opinion, the issue with teen prostitution, goes back to how we view sex in our society. In a sane society, adults would have the option to purchase sex from another adult, without it being a crime. Than our tax dollars, and law enforcement resources can be put to good use by locking up pedophiles, pimps, kidnappers and all criminals that prey on our children. These young women, and men, need other avenues besides the prison system. A lot of these young men and women are kidnapped, and brainwashed by pimps as well as other prostitutes. Many get turned out at 12 and 13. Most are seeking affection, protection, and anything resembling a family structure they can find. Which is why I firmly feel, that our black churches for the most part have failed us. Jesus walked where he was needed the most. And it damn sure was the fur shop, the Caddie dealership etc.
