I attended a church were the pastor actually told the ppl in the church that i’m going to stand right here and see who tithes and if you don’t ,don’t ask me to pray for you,once he called a meeting with the men of the church he ask all for 10 dollars and some didn’t have he said if you don’t have $10 than u need to be on welfare.he even called one guy a bastard he left the church.I went for awhile and kept thinking don’t pay him no my listen to the word ,but how when greed is taking over churched becoming a big money business.How can you listen on focus on god when at times it sounds like the devil in country suits with matching shoes and the ppl acting like his god.do we need leaders that bad.I need only one to lead me and that the true one and only true god,even if i have to pray and praise home and leave right i know he knows all.

Going to church doesn’t make you less saved, but it does make you disobedient to the word of God. If you are talking about the building that the church is in then you are absolutely correct, but since you are talking about the church which are the people who come together to worship God and to hear the word of God then you are dead wrong, because Jesus himself held church. Remember the multitudes of people that Gathered together to hear him preach Jesus even taught in the synagogues, which were places that people came together to worship and hear the word of God taught.
